Will NEVER GO AGAIN! Went in for a mani. The lady who worked on my hands was friendly up until I asked for a 3rd coat for my nails. She was sloppy and had nail polish all over my nail beds. When I asked her if she can clean it up. She got upset and instead of using acetone to remove the nail polish off my skin she started using the nail clipper and clipped away the skin that had polish on it. Then she got the nail drill and filed away the nail polish away from my cuticle making my nails look like I had gotten them done 2 weeks ago. When I saw what she did, I didn't let her finish my other hand. She got more upset and told me to leave. Horrible customer service!!!! I told her that she shouldn't rush it because I was paying for her service. But she continued to tell me to leave. Honestly, I can't believe she lets her customers walk out this way. read more

I took a risk and cheated on my regular nail salon to try this one because of their dip powder. I looked up the reviews and what also intrigued me was their drink service. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by a friendly lady whom made me feel so welcomed! Overall it was an okayyyy experience. I didn't get offered any beverages and it took almost 3 hours to get a pedi and dip powder on nails. I arrived about 230 and left around 515-520. I could not understand what took so long because there was probably less than 5 other customers there. It would've been a good thing if i felt they were actually taking their time in pampering me, but my pedi went so fast and I even upgraded to the callus remover/parrafin wax like I usually do at other places but my feet did not leave silky smooth. Its so weird to say but what really surprised me was how well they spoke english. Generally, english is not the first language but they spoke it so well. I sometimes have a hard time at other new places to explain what I want and then get shy and just settle because I didnt want to go through the discomfort of trying to make them redo my nails because Im not satisfied. BUT here at this salon, I was able to ask questions I had about the dip powder and get results! I really liked the dip powder service and how they made my nails look. This is DEFINITELY way more natural than I am used to but it looks pretty! I don't know if I'll go here again though, it just took too long for no reason. read more

I waited on giving this review because I wanted to see if my nails would last and if I would continue to receive the same service at each visit. And I have. As soon as I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile and I don't wait long. Well, now, after them being open for awhile, if you're getting acrylics, you'll want to make an appointment. But for anything else, you should be ok. Tracy does my nails. And her work is amazing. If she doesn't feel it looks right, she'll fix it. If you don't like it, she'll fix it (I haven't had that problem, but she offers). One of the many perks, they serve drinks while you're there. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They're not pushy about services. And like I said, my nails look great. Its bittersweet to see them get so popular. I came here without an appointment and was helped quickly. The woman that helped me (forgot to ask her name) was VERY nice and friendly. I'm giving it a 3 stars because I came to this salon wanting chrome nails as a reviewer had posted photos of her cute chrome nails, the technician said she did not do chrome. I then asked about foiled designs, she did not do that either. I then showed her a picture from THEIR yelp (the black and gold nails that seemed to be dipped in black & gold glitter) and she did not know how to do that either. I was very disappointed by that point, as the reason I went there was due to the beautiful photos on here. I ended up choosing this grey gel powder instead. The woman was, again, VERY nice and she offered me a drink as well. They have coffee, mimosas, mojitos, orange juice etc. I think this is a very nice complimentary service from the salon. After getting started with my full set of nails another client came in and when the second nail technician was done with her client I was moved to another chair to have the 2nd nail-tech finish the job. My initial tech then assisted the new client. The new technician said she did not know how to do color gel, but she did do her best to get it right, which I appreciate. At the end, the 1st technician came back and did some minor work on my hands and I was set to go. I honestly did not enjoy being moved from one technician to another, especially one without knowledge. I also had(or felt like i had) to tip both technicians. Aside from that, the atmosphere was nice and the techs were also nice and took their time. I would recommend calling in BEFORE you go to make sure they can do the specific work you are looking for. Don't think that all technicians have the knowledge to do the trendy nails that you see in these photos. read more

I absolutely loved my fill. I'm from out of town and my technician did her best to match my previous color. She even added a coat of gel on top help transition the two colors. You can BARELY tell if you look closely. She took extra time to grind out my cuticles (which usually look like crap after I get acrylic work done). She did a bomb ass job, but I absentmindedly forgot to ask for her name. All I can tell you is that she's young, has lightened, shoulder length hair, and glasses. If you see her, ask for her. I promise you will be happy. My classic pedi on the other hand, done by Cathy, could've been better. She was very careful painting my toes, which I definitely appreciated since it was a pastel, but when I got into the car I realized that she cut nails so that they looked a bit crooked. Not a huge deal, but I expected more. She was really sweet though and fixed a cracked toenail I had with glue instead of cutting it, preserving the shape of my nail. My fill (which included re-doing an entire nail since it was so lifted) was 30 and pedi was 21, not including tips. I know they're supposed to offer complimentary drinks, but I wasn't offered one both times I came in today. I'm sure if it's because it's Sunday, but if you're looking to wind down with some alcohol you might not find it on Sundays. read more

My 2nd time here. I came with a friend to celebrate her birthday. We had a good time and everyone was very friendly and nice. I got a mani and pedi (regular). Update to my review: The girls here are so nice, it's very clean and upscale however, the last 3 times I went for acrylics, they lasted only a week before they started to pop off. Not sure if it's a cheaper quality material in an effort to make more money or what but I work my ass off to get my nails and be pampered and I hate that I was paying 80$ almost every time I was going in, for less then great quality. I absolutely love all of the ladies here, they just started up a couple months ago and I have been going since the beginning, great selection of colors, superb attention to detail and the owner is Just the sweetest, a couple of things I should mention, the first time I got a pedicure the menu said it came with hot towels and I didn't get that; I didn't say anything because I'm sure she just forgot but that's not a big issue to me, I could have mentioned it. Second I recommend making an appt since they r still new, they don't have too many employees and the demand is high! (For a good reason) and third, they make delicious complementary drinks, of course I could use a little more alcohol but hey no complaints! I was desperate one weekend to get my nails done, so I decided to try this place out since it was the only nail salon close to my boyfriend's house that was open on a Sunday. At first, I called them to ask the price of a regular manicure and pedicure. The lady told me $21, which is the reason why I came here because it was such a good deal. When my nails were done, the bill was $34 instead. I was shocked. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication over the phone. I was just disappointed in the product of my nails for the price I paid. Whoever did my toes did a decent job. Whoever did my nails did a decent job too, except when my nails got messed up, I came back to get it fixed and all she did was put another coat of nail polish on. This time it was super clumpy and sloppy. I thought she was going to remove the paint on the finger and just reapply it again. When I was done waiting for my nails to get dry the second time, my nails still got damaged hours later! I don't recommend coming here for the work they do. It could've been better. First time here today. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. The receptionist was very friendly and personable. I had to wait a little bit bc I was a walk in but it was worth it. Ann did my pedicure and she was amazing. She was friendly and talked to me. She took her time and she did an amazing job. I like that she didn't make me feel rushed like some other salons do. Ive been to this salon about 4 times. Their store is very close to my home, so I thought it would be convenient for visits. Their facility looks & smells clean & the staff can be friendly. When i asked if each client received sterile, sealed files, scissors, & overall tools to do the work. I didn't remember the technician opening a bag , but instead had a set of tools already opened & in a stainless steel container. That part alarmed me right away; however, they still were using replaceable plastic bowl liners for each person. What I found really annoying after a short time was that they're not staffed with enough techs to accommodate clients there for manicure-pedicures, to be done at the same time. It saves valuable time for clients & techs, & is some of the most popular services at most establishments. Even more disappointing are the tech's practices when filing nails on both hands & feet. After EVERY visit, I'll have hanging, jagged edges on hands & feet within 3 days-tops! I've never had this problem before!!! Awful snags on socks, hose & any blouse/dress with the slightest texture on the garment. It's intolerable & an absolute deal-breaker for me. They don't appear to have a clue as to how nails should be finished. Lastly, I won't apologize for this critique of my final complaint. I find it in very poor taste, rude & unprofessional of the staff to be talking, practically non-stop, in their native languages. They speak loudly, right in our faces. After leaving a place like that, I'm frazzled & not even close to feeling relaxed and/or revived. When I came in I noticed that they were using use utensils on my nails but what really upset me was the most was when one of their nail techs gave me a fungus and I told them that I have never had this issue before until Linda left. She said it'll be OK try to clean it covered the nail with acrylic and the fungus grill further into my nail causing a severe infection. read more
