She was honest with me that it wouldn't be safe at that time because I was immuno-compromised. But, she promised that as soon as it was safe she would take good care of me. She kept her promise 100%! She cared most about my safety, and when a new medicine I had to take made Microblading unsafe she asked me if I would consider Nanoblading. I agreed, and she worked her magic. I went from virtually no eyebrows to beautiful, full brows that actually lifted the look of my eyes and gave me a younger appearance. Even my husband loves them! At a time when I'm feeling most unattractive (no hair, no eyelashes, worn out, etc.) Velamina has made me feel more like my old self and more like a woman again. I went in for gel builder nails, and what I got was unbelievably bad: thick, ugly, and completely botched designs. Every single nail was so poorly done that I had to go down the street immediately and pay another $70 at Happy Nails just to fix them. Thankfully, Happy Nails was kind enough to discount me while they salvaged the disaster, because literally every nail came apart during the fix. The worst part? I tried explaining the situation in person and even called later to speak with a manager -- no one returned my call. Zero accountability, zero care. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place. Outdated nail techs who shouldn't be doing anything beyond a basic manicure. Truly the worst nail experience I've ever had.

"And now I have to wear a HAT", said the unhappy client.... When I got home, looked at what was left of my hair and went into shock, I contacted the salon to get help styling the mess I was left with. "Sure, come in to see the same stylist". No way I was getting in her chair again. Then I dropped in + asked the owner, she didn't have time, so I messaged to take her up on the offer to show me a way to style it. She then changed her mind and decided it would be an additional charge. Nice. Don't you love it when the stylist you paid to do your hair reassures you that "Its' Only Hair! - It will grow."
