When I called, the owner told me he would not help me, that the information I received was incorrect because one of his guys "doesn't know what he's doing." When I asked him to check for this package, he told me he wouldn't help me because he was busy and had a customer. This conversation occurred after he refused to help my fiancee who came in to pick up the package earlier, and after he hung up on me once before. Learn customer service, or don't run a business.

We finally made it to this local grocery store and were pleasantly surprised. There's plenty we found appealing about the experience, from the clean and spacious aisles and clear labels to the full range of goods we weren't sure we would find, including bakery, deli, produce, and pet foods. Staff at checkout was energetically friendly and I left thinking that I wouldn't mind going back at all. There's limited parking directly in front of the shop but more across the road. Apparently the co-op was established some 80 years ago and has gone through several transformations. I have a soft spot for local businesses and independent grocers, so here's hoping they stay open for many more years.

What if Grandma doesn't have her ID, you are going to deny her alcohol or cigars? Really? Then I show my USA Passport ID Card and they would not accept it. PP ID CARDS NOT ACCEPTED!!! Because they don't report to IMMIGRATION!!! What??? The most legit form of ID in the UNITED STATES. GEE! I have travelled through the US and Canada with my PP ID Card, and yet they won't sell us cigarettes or beer. All they needed to confirm was my DOB. Anyways, the hotel staff told us about other ridiculous incidents like these. They obviously are ignorant and have no clue about the importance of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
