BAD BUSINESS SCAMMERS

If I can give 0 stars I would. RUNNNNN THE OTHER WAY. Eddie is a scammer a fast talker a straight up LIAR. So is Jay. They are literally ripping people off. They don't answer the phone. They dont diagnose your car they will lie to you only to try to trap you into financing with them for 3-4 times what your car is worth. I found these on Facebook called and spoke with Eddie told him my torque converter was bad he said no problem we can fix that after going around the question about how much it would cost to repair it he said $680 and if we do the work we come pick it up and the tow fee goes towards the repair. Well that was a lie. once he got my car he changed what he said now it's going to be $785 for them to take my transmission out and look to see what exactly is wrong. Then he puts me off on Jay who told me the torque converter was bad and the chain was broke and the pump was out but for some reason could never get his mechanic to give me a price for the parts. Jay stopped answering and never returned calls neither did Eddie. These scammers had my car for 3 weeks so finally I had to pull up. Pull up Jay lied and said he never talked to me wrong I was on the phone every time him and Eddie was the phone was speaker by the way I do record conversations they are rude asf. Once I just asked for my car back after being told by their tow truck driver it was $99 for a tow they wouldnt let me get my car back. Jay said it would be $300 to $400 hundred for the tow. Eddie said $200 to $300. They were clearly just shooting number out their ssa. Of they started speaking in Spanish every time they were talking ish. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Side note there was a guy there who said they had his car since January and just got it back this month. Paid them $7000 for his car to literally be getting towed right back up there transmission is out. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

They work on classics, moderns, diesels and RVs! I called to add myself to their waitlist and was happy when they called! I had the car towed in, and they worked tirelessly on her for a month. I appreciated that the owner, Kevin, took the time to go through all of the items that they noticed on inspection. He included a thorough list and estimated prices for each line item, and then talked through the list with me at length to decide what was a 'must have' and what was a 'wish list' item. He also told me what items i could do myself to save money, and gave me pointers on how to do them. Anytime something would come up that would cause additional cost or time, he was sure to call and inform me. I also appreciated that Kevin took the time to teach me about my car in a respectful and friendly way! All too often, as a woman, I feel slighted by mechanics who think that I either don't know or don't care about what is going on. Kevin went the extra mile when my car died on her drive home from the shop. He met me at the gas station where I was dead in the water, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part for us that we picked up around the corner, and installed it right there in the gas station parking lot. then followed me home to make sure it was ok! I've never experienced such great service and dedication from a shop before. He's earned a customer for life!

They suggested I also change the oil on the RV's small generator.I approve the work, on my Ford E 350 24 Ft RV, without requesting a quote on charges. They did try to check out a loose wire which they did not fixed. Went to pick up my RV and was presented a bill for $792.53. Lesson learned! Never go back to this place and always ask for a quote even on a minor work like oil change before you let anyone work on your vehicle. Worst experience I have ever had in an automotive repair shop, cannot express enough how bad it was. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!
