The shop refused to fix the car, despite being part of the insurer's preferred network. Communication was abysmal, transparency nonexistent, and any attempt to move the process forward was met with apathy or deflection. At this point, it feels like a scam--designed to delay, frustrate, and hope we just give up. Completely unprofessional, unaccountable, and utterly lacking in integrity. Avoid this place at all costs.
