I showed she was listed as my agent with the home office of Allstate and Allstate showed her she was my agent. But she said she was not getting paid because she was not listed as my agent. I have been with her since 2009 according to Allstate records. Instead of her calling the home office to clear up the discrepancy she told me to do it. I called the home office and they said there was no problem. Jaclyn did not like that answer and told me to find another agent and this conversation ves over. She refused to take my call. I have changed agents.

I have been extremely pleased with services I received at this location on multiple times. I've had a full synthetic oil change and they handled a few major concerns I had and my vehicle is running smoother. Owning a vehicle comes with regular maintenance and I'm glad I can trust AAA with my vehicle needs in these last couple months. They alleviated a lot of stress. The comprehensive safety check sounds good in theory but, in substance, not thorough- they missed noting my cabin air filter was removed. The video with the report is non-specific and mostly for "show." However, they did catch my need to replace spark plugs, which was needed per spec. The service manager, Mike, handles customers well and I appreciate the good value he gave me honoring a AAA coupon; no games. I often do this kind of routine work myself, but this was a cost effective and comfortable alternative to "DIY" in 85 degree heat.

Update on day 3: someone may have scanned our documents in upside down, they cannot find the paperwork that was left with them on Friday without calling someone who took it over to WalMart so it wasn't even accessible during the appointment they set for us for whatever reason, and we're over an hour into a 'quick stop in and sign the paper' appointment. After experiencing some major damage to our home (the final bill was about $60K), Erie responded immediately and never gave it a second thought. They provided a list of restoration companies that they trusted...we chose Carolina Restoration (see another comment under their listing here...and within two hours, people were at our home working to get things repaired. They put us (and our two large dogs) into a hotel as our home was unlivable, covered our excess expenses, and never balked or gave us any problems. They didn't cancel our policy or even raise our rates. The only thing lacking with this company is that their service isn't available in all 50 states...yet.
