I have had Brian as my insurance provider for almost 10 years. It's been smooth sailing until I changed banks. When I did this, the actual underwriter attempted to effectively cancel my policy. This was going to send shockwaves through my day to day business especially the timing being in a particularly hectic time for me. The ship was sinking fast until Brian stepped in. I explained to him my situation. He asked for a few key pieces of supporting documentation and he then independently corrected the situation with minimal involvement from my end. To the point that the one piece of documentation I needed to sign to put the entire ordeal to rest was sent via a service that let my draw my signature with my mouse and click one button and it sent copies to Brian, the insurance company, and myself. I'd like to say that I have never had a better experience than with Brown Phillips. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful with my complicated situation. I had some things to sort out before I could GET insurance. They gave me THOROUGH info on how to fix things and even called me later that week to see if I needed any other help or information! I fixed everything and then hired Brown Phillips. My premium was BY FAR the lowest I could find, and they even told me to only sign on for 6 months instead of a year because my premium would go down then and they did not want me to have to pay extra!! My policy with them dropped to an UNBELIEVABLE $35 within 6 months!! If I have a question or anything, they are FAST responding to email, or I simply give them a call.
