I know nothing about plumbing and she made it easy for me by telling me to take a picture of my sinks and toilets and e-mailing them to her. They would bring all items and install. The appointment was delayed a week because the sinks didn't arrive by the 1st appointment date. Certainly wasn't their fault. The job was completed yesterday and so far, so good. Now on to another small job, kitchen sink and hot water heater.
