I was upset in the show room and they could have easily shook me off and done nothing to help me (due to mild tantrum). They really did all they could to correct this issue as fast as was possible. The assurance they gave really diffused my aggressive nature.They also did all they could to keep me in the best position by going above and beyond. And stated "don't even bother telling me what you googled. I don't want to hear it." I literally had to walk out of the store for fear of absolutely losing it on this guy. I went down the street and got my keys duplicated in two minutes. Cannot stress this enough, absolute jerks! It also should be noted that I called them in advance to ask about duplicating the keys, told them they said "do not duplicate" on them and they told me to bring them in.
