Bought flowers on Monday at Ava's, needed them delivered by Christmas Eve on a Thursday to my mom…read more They charged me 94$, including 14$ shipping and on Thursday they called and said they couldn't get the flowers delivered. They were supposed to arrive on the day I bought them (Monday). Completely screwed me over. They offered no compensation for being 4 days late on a delivery and said they could get it there the Monday after Christmas (a week late and pointless at that point) and STILL charge me 14$ for shipping. Also throughout the week they gave me NO indication that the flowers might not make it, leaving me stranded at the last second on Christmas Eve to find a new solution. In desperation I called Jen Mor, the guy working told me they were closed and all deliveries were done, BUT I told him my parents address and he said he would get them over there. He arrived 30 minutes later and to quote my mom "these are the best flowers I have ever seen". And they were 30$ cheaper than Ava's. He went out of his way to deliver flowers after they were already closed on Christmas Eve, it was a Christmas Miracle. I'm Jen Mor for life.

At the time, I stated that I had received very bad service from two other florists (elsewhere in the country) and that when the orders arrived, they were nothing like what had been advertised on their website. In a nutshell, Heather at the store listened to my concerns, addressed all of them, and assured me that everything would be as I requested. In the end, she proved to be 1000% right! I am forever grateful for the speedy service, the positive and friendly professionalism, and for the 100% accuracy of my order! They claim that they're willing to take returns for up to two years. Even if you damaged the product. Go ahead. Bring it back to them and expect a full refund. That's their policy. Because that's what they're trying to pull on one of their suppliers, trying to return a product they damaged after 2 years of it letting it sit in the sun. Or something. I mean, come on. What kind of shady scam are they trying to pull?
