Very frustrating experience. I placed my order four days in advance to ensure delivery before Mother's Day, only to have the order canceled the day before the holiday due to "overwhelming demand." This should have been communicated much earlier instead of accepting orders that could not be fulfilled. While I did receive a refund, the late cancellation completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead and left me scrambling for another option at the last minute. Despite a text informing me that the bouquet, balloons and card I purchased my mother-in-law for Mother's Day, she NEVER received it. They did not deliver the flowers to the school between 9 am and 1 pm as requested so when they delivered them later the person was no longer at work. I requested the order be canceled at 1:15 pm when they weren't delivered. This was not done. In addition, they gave a coupon code for free local delivery ($9.99), but the bill when you have written in on-line to whom it goes to, ends up with a $26.53 service charge on a $64.99 floral arrangement. This is the worst flower delivery service! I ordered flowers for my mom on Mother's Day 3 days before and they promised delivery within and up to the day of Mother's Day. Not only did they still not deliver the flowers but they had a hidden $25 service fee that I did not see until I got the receipt. They had a promotional free delivery coupon on their website for $10 and then charged $25 service fee. When you call there is only automated service which lets you cancel or reschedule and no way to get in touch with a human customer service or have them call you back. I was only able to get in touch with a person to "place a delivery" option and it rang oversees somewhere in South Asia. I was promised a call back from customer service and still waiting. Don't know if I will get my money back but my mom did not get my flowers on Mother's Day so it's already not the point. I will never use this service. What a scam! read more

I spent $133 on a Valentine's Day flower delivery for my wife and the order was never delivered. I am writing this at 11 PM on Valentine's Day after waiting the entire day for an update that never came. Order 142893777 shows no delivery confirmation, no delivery attempt, and no communication explaining what happened. The larger issue is the complete lack of customer support. The automated system loops endlessly and there is no way to reach a human being for help or accountability. This was a time sensitive purchase tied to a specific holiday. It should have been delivered on 1/17/2026 as requested.   Here is a more detailed account of my experience using Ava's Flowers: 1. I ordered a medium tulip bouquet with vase on 1/15. An urgent email message came from Avas flowers on 1/15 saying product unavailable but the link in the message did not work. The website just showed error message saying: We seem to have hit a snag. Please try again later... I tried numerous times to contact Ava's flowers that night (1/15) and the next day (1/16). It was extremely difficult to correct the problem. I could not speak to a human being no matter what choices I chose when I called. The website bot only gave me the same link that the email contained and it just resulted in same error message. 2. On 1/16/2026 I tried many times through the website and the phone to contact someone to resolve the "product unavailable" problem without success. I finally tried to cancel the order. Then a person called me and finally gave me some choices for a substitution and since I had ordered an arrangement of multicolored tulips in a vase, we decided on multicolored roses instead. I wasn't happy, but I was satisfied by a little discount for my trouble, and I thought the same bouquet using roses would be delivered on 1/17/2026 just like my original order. 3. I received and email saying that my order was scheduled for 1/20/2026 delivery. That's 3 days later than requested!!! The UPS tracking said it had the package on 1/16 and it was "on its way" on 1/17/2026. It should have been delivered 1/17. 4. The bouquet that was received only contained 9 roses. This company is a disaster. I ordered flowers for delivery to my workplace. They waited most of the day before informing me that they could/would not be delivered as requested. They sent emails. Trying to cancel an order that was not delivered on time, is met with a policy that says you cannot cancel. They have called numerous times when I return the call to the number provided it brings you to and automated system that does not recognize my billing zip code. so it becomes an endless loop. Horrific company. Tried placing a simple order. Ordered a dozen roses, from catalog, to be delivered later in day. I realized as I placed the order, I needed to correct the delivery address, which I trioed to do within seconds of sending the order. After my order was placed and processed, I received an email (immediately after) saying my order could not be delivered today. That was the only reason I chose them. I received numbersous text, voicemails and emails asking me to return their call. It took 10 minutes to be connected with a person. Then the representative continued to offer me discounts on my next order. I requested a refund and it took 6 more minutes to "process" my request. There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY on their end and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. In addition, they add a $26 service fee, not delivery fee. Service fee, for which no explanation is provided.
