Look at the beautiful bouquet of flowers that I won. The owner was running a contest on woman's day and put the names on a wheel. She push a button and the wheel turned and guess who name came up??? I won the beautiful bouquet of flowers. The Owner delivered them to me and her son can up to my door and gave them to me. That was so sweet. She is on Facebook and Instagram go and check her pages out. You won't be disappointed. Look at the bright, bold colors and they smelled so good. The bouquet was so big that I put them in two vases. I left one on my living room table and the other one I took to work. Everyone that came in the office ask me what was the occasion? I told them I won them. What I Was Shown vs. What Was Delivered…read more Extremely disappointed with this florist. I was sent a photo of the actual arrangement I was told would be delivered, and I agreed to the purchase based on that photo. What my recipient received was noticeably different and, in my opinion, nowhere near the same quality or fullness. The arrangement I was shown was beautiful, full and professionally put together, with multiple large deep-pink/red roses as prominent focal flowers, blush roses and a generous amount of flowers throughout. What was delivered had far fewer of those focal roses, much more greenery, and looked considerably less full and less impressive. I understand that florists sometimes need to make minor substitutions depending on availability. However, this wasn't a situation where I ordered from a generic stock photo online. The florist personally sent me a picture representing what she was going to deliver. If you cannot provide what you show a customer, you should tell the customer beforehand and give them the opportunity to approve the changes--not deliver something substantially different after payment. I have included both photos so potential customers can judge for themselves: the first is what I was told would be delivered; the second is what was actually received. For a special occasion, customers rely on a florist to deliver what was promised, especially when they cannot be there to inspect the arrangement themselves. This experience was extremely disappointing. I requested a full refund because I did not receive what was represented to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this florist.
