Bought flowers on Monday at Ava's, needed them delivered by Christmas Eve on a Thursday to my mom…read more They charged me 94$, including 14$ shipping and on Thursday they called and said they couldn't get the flowers delivered. They were supposed to arrive on the day I bought them (Monday). Completely screwed me over. They offered no compensation for being 4 days late on a delivery and said they could get it there the Monday after Christmas (a week late and pointless at that point) and STILL charge me 14$ for shipping. Also throughout the week they gave me NO indication that the flowers might not make it, leaving me stranded at the last second on Christmas Eve to find a new solution. In desperation I called Jen Mor, the guy working told me they were closed and all deliveries were done, BUT I told him my parents address and he said he would get them over there. He arrived 30 minutes later and to quote my mom "these are the best flowers I have ever seen". And they were 30$ cheaper than Ava's. He went out of his way to deliver flowers after they were already closed on Christmas Eve, it was a Christmas Miracle. I'm Jen Mor for life.

Look at the beautiful bouquet of flowers that I won. The owner was running a contest on woman's day and put the names on a wheel. She push a button and the wheel turned and guess who name came up??? I won the beautiful bouquet of flowers. The Owner delivered them to me and her son can up to my door and gave them to me. That was so sweet. She is on Facebook and Instagram go and check her pages out. You won't be disappointed. Look at the bright, bold colors and they smelled so good. The bouquet was so big that I put them in two vases. I left one on my living room table and the other one I took to work. Everyone that came in the office ask me what was the occasion? I told them I won them. Worst service and flowers I've ever gotten. Placed the order on Monday, Oct 13 for a wrist corsage…read moreand a boutonnière to be picked up on Friday, Oct 17. I was given a pickup time of between 12-1. My granddaughter arrived at 1:15 to be told it was still being worked on. Finally at 2:30 she is given our order. When she brings it home I see one carnation, a couple of sprigs of baby's breath and some greenery, and a green ribbon, same for wrist corsage!! At best 10.00 of product! Clearly it was forgotten and then thrown together because the wrist corsage fell apart after one hour!! I called on Friday and was told no manager on the premises but that she would call me...No call. I take the flowers back today requesting a refund to again be told, no manager you will have to come back on Tuesday. When asking again for manager to at least call me I was told she's very busy. Guess her time is more valuable then mine! I wouldn't even give this establishment a1. Clearly small orders aren't worth their time, they could care less.
