I also met the owner Carl while I was in the planning process and he was very, very nice. Cons: The team did not deliver on multiple things we talked about ahead of our reception. Our sweetheart table did not have flowers on it as discussed (only greens which I'm sure is much cheaper) and they did not use pillars to display flowers on the sides of the table. The team who set up was nice, but they ran late even though they were aware of the allotted time for them to set up. We were planning to rent additional vases for a couple hundred dollars and they did not end using them. The venue made sure I was aware of this too (because they used their vases instead). Since they did not use them, I asked to be refunded for what I paid for the additional vases (nothing else) and was basically ignored. I was told they were sending a check, never received one... then followed up a couple times and never heard back. After spending thousands and thousands of dollars on flowers with them, it is mind boggling to me that they cannot return a couple hundred dollars that we are owed.
