Fast forward several calls and promises of someone delivering or shipping, they deliver the bar...no technician to fix the table and still no remote. Several more calls later they say they can't do anything about the table or the mattress pad. At this point I don't care anymore, I just need the remote. I had to physically go down there and get the remote and these SOBs hand me the remote and say it's easy to program, here you go. I'm not even convinced it's the right remote. I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both). We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates.
