About a month ago, they came out and planted new grass around my flower beds, mulched my flower beds, planted some arborvitaes, and created a new landscape bed around the arborvitaes. When they planted the grass around my flower beds, they were sloppy and got grass into my flower beds, which I've never had before. They did seem to do a good job of planting the arborvitaes. They did a really hurried and sloppy job of putting the new landscape bed around my arborvitae. Within weeks, tons of weeds showed up in the landscape bed. Mulch in the new landscape bed was barely 1 inch thick if that and washed away with recent rains we've had. They told me they put 2 inches down but that's not true at all. I reached out to them about my issues; they didn't really seem to care. They eventually sent out their operations manager to take a look, and he told me it was happening because of the type of mulch that was put around my landscape bed. The thing is, they recommended this type of mulch for what I wanted. If it was going to wash away and not be a good choice, they should have mentioned that to me as that is why I paid them. They then wanted to charge me extra to remulch the landscape bed that they originally messed up. They also suggested I pay extra for removing the grass that they planted in my flower beds and the weeds that they didn't properly take care of. I refuse to pay for more mulch to fix something they didn't do properly the first time. Because I am unable to remove the weeds and I want my flower beds looking nice. Due to this I begrudgingly paid the extra for the landscape maintenance package. Someone came out and did a quick spray of my flower beds and said the weeds would be gone in a few days. It's been eight days later, and there is really not that much of a change in the weeds except that they've grown taller and the grass is also still growing in my flower beds. For the landscape maintenance package that cost over $100 a month, I would've thought they would've done more. Right now, I'm going to continue the landscape maintenance package to hope that they actually do the right thing and fix this. But I am not very happy with what they have done so far! The funny ending to this is they sent me an email asking me to review them on their website. After trying it on several different devices and computers i've come to the conclusion that review site does not let you submit a review. It does not work. Maybe it's because they don't want anyone to actually submit a review, but I don't know for sure. As you can probably tell, I am not happy with what I've seen so far.

They 'contract hired' an uninsured motorist to do the clean who hit the parked car in our driveway…read more The company owner Jessica let us know that we need to go through our own car insurance and file an uninsured motorist claim, not at all apologetic for the inconvenience, since the company didn't own the car. Still charged us full price for the clean today. Didn't offer to even help pay our insurance copay or anything. Different teams every week doing the clean, really inconsistent, several hours late every day they were supposed to come. Which was all tolerable, but I think damaging our car and being rude after, not even trying to make it right, was a bit too far. Don't hire because they really don't much care who they send onto your property, whether they have a drivers license or car insurance. They responded to the google review saying we wanted a discount, no we wanted their company that claims they are 'bonded and insured' to provide us with insurance information to have our car repaired.
