I will say the following about this location. I received very poor service. I rented a tent,…read morereturned it. One of the reps came to my truck looked in the bed and said "no way", I replied what, he said the tent needed to be in the bag, I replied it is wet, but I am more than happy to put it in the bag, he left without saying anything else. I went inside, another older gentlemen then began asking me, when was my party and why didnt I put the tent in the bag, my response was, Saturday, he replied you should have put it in the bag then, my response, I had other people over on Sunday and the tent was used then as well (none of his business) but he was not professional at all. He began to ask me questions again, and could see I was dead staring at him not saying a word, I am 6'0 tall, 210 lbs a combat veteran, had my Army shirt on and he could tell I was about to become impolite with his comments to me. He then shut his mouth completed the transaction and I left. I would not recommend this place nor any others as the equipment is less than stellar and you will see that my comments are pretty accurate when you see the place and some of the people.
