The installation itself seemed acceptable at the time. However, as time passed, small paint chips began appearing and exposing the original white paint underneath. The issue became especially noticeable around the square molding. My wife repeatedly used the touch-up paint they left behind, but eventually the small bottle ran out. Considering we paid approximately $14,000 for this door installation, we are very disappointed with the quality and durability of the finish. I contacted the company to report the problem, and they scheduled an inspection for May 18, 2026. We will see how they address the issue, but based on our experience so far, I can only give them two stars.

We downloaded the app to see the progress and in about a month the app stated our job was done. We had to call and find out what was going on only to say to us that we weren't the only ones that have said that. So 6 mo later the app is still not addressed. So when we finally got an appt they called and said they had to reschedule due to the contractor not finished with a previous job. I was so angry after adjusting my work schedule and setting time aside for this, I refused to change our appt. So day of installation, we paid and then only to have to print some things that they didn't include in the paperwork. Also, I had to print out the pictures of the doors for the inspector and used all the ink in my printer. Very unprofessional the way things were handled. The contractors that did the work were excellent and did an amazing job. I will never use this company again. Also, the sliding door was shattered and we were told it would get done by hurricane season, but as you can see it wasn't and by the grace of God it withstood the weather for 6 months from when we ordered it.

The install crew was a challenge with the exception of Matt the lead installer. They applied waterproofing material around the base of the house and replaced the plywood which went very well. The crew did not respect my property, including the vegetation and my shed which was severely damaged due to the installer standing on it. When I spoke with Dave the owner, he credited me $300.00 for a replacement roof which I need to install. No apologies provided by Dave for the inconvenience. The project failed three inspections by the City of Port Orange due to poor installation and not paying attention to detail. I caught several items which were not completed properly. The owner Dave stated to me twice he personally inspected the project, which I find hard to believe. ByThere are no quality control systems in place to ensure the project is completed properly. I felt that I was the project manager on this project. If I didn't manage the project as I did, the outcome would not have been favorable and I would definitely experience issues later. I feel sorry for past and future customers who don't have the knowledge that I have. Some other issues we experienced were nails and scrap material left on the ground and improper caulking. The owner Dave, never apologized for the errors and inconvenience which caused me as a customer. His replies to my concerns were unacceptable. As a prior business owner, I would never let my customers feel aggravated, and I would certainly make it up to them through little jesters like here's a gift for dinner for your inconvenience. I could have gotten his business two other customers for exterior siding. We referred his business for window and door replacement to a friend however, we called the referral back. My recommendation to Dave, accept ownership by validating the customers concern, apologize for the inconvenience, make it right above and beyond (roof damage), maintain a friendly relationship. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend All Florida Exteriors. I was looking forward to providing positive feedback along with future customers. At the end my house looks fabulous however, it wasn't worth the headaches and frustration. All Florida Exteriors was not the lowest bid.

The sales representative did not tell me that condensation would regularly form on the inside of the windows, making it difficult or impossible to see out of them for up to half the day. This was never mentioned before purchase, and had I known this would be an ongoing issue, I would not have bought these windows. This significantly affects daily use and overall satisfaction with the product. Potential buyers should ask very specific questions about visibility and interior condensation before committing.

He assured us that our wired security system would be unaffected also. Pressured sale to get an additional 5% off of we signed right then. Fast forward 3+ months for installation. Not 1 person spoke English. After they removed the 1st 2 windows, I saw that the wires for the security system were cut through. I had attempted to show the lead the wired magnets and explain the system was to be intact prior to work starting. I stopped work and spoke to our PM. An hour later a quality control agent showed up. He basically said we were SOL on the security system. I pointed out the stucco damage they were creating and he said they fix that at the end of installation. My PM told me that there is supposed to be an English speaking person on every job. Day 2, 2 crews and no English speakers. They finish and the PM calls. I said what about the damaged stucco, he says I can get you a quote from who we use to fix. I said, I have to pay and he said yes, $3600. I escalated my issue and a manager calls me at ~7:15pm. She goes through all my issues and dismissed them all. On the stucco she finally offers 50% off using their guy. I counter with 50% off any quote to repair. I stated I could get it done for probably $1000. She offers the original offer or $500 credit. I ask for 50% credit up to $1800 and she then gets nasty. Do not trust them. Salespeople lie and the company does not back their claims. Completely unacceptable to have to use Google translate to communicate with their on site employees. Should have used Anderson or other reputable company.

What truly differentiates them is customer support; specifically, how problems are handled when something goes wrong. In my experience with Neighborhood Windows & Doors, that support was severely lacking. From poor stucco work to broken window components (images attached), the project was plagued by issues. Some damage was addressed, such as the five windowsills and shower marble/tiles that they broke. Still, I incurred out-of-pocket costs, including $200 paid directly to the installer and $400 for replacement marble. They also broke new shower tiles while fixing the original damage (this remains broken to this day). The stucco problems were particularly concerning. After two unsuccessful attempts to repair the damage (image attached), the company ultimately paid my preferred contractor to intervene. Even though the new contractor tried their best, the stucco still looks slightly different from the rest of the house. I also incurred $600 in additional costs to repaint the exterior walls following two repair attempts ($300 per attempt). Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. The issues extend beyond visible defects and into areas that only become apparent during a remodel. After renovating my home this month, my new contractor found no insulation underneath the downstairs windows (images with sunlight coming in below). My new contractors stated that the quality of work does not align with what would reasonably be expected for an installation at this price point. To their credit, Neighborhood Windows & Doors offered to fix this, but after their prior failures to repair unacceptable stucco work, I was not willing to risk further repairs. Instead, I paid my new contractor to add insulation underneath and on the sides of the windows, as they advised. Based on my experience and the additional costs required to correct these issues, there are many other companies that offer far greater respect for your home and your money. If you have already hired them, I recommend inspecting your windows carefully, especially the hidden areas.
