They worked around my pets' anxiousness in the next room, which is huge for me. They covered all of the belongings in the room next to the patio doors. I expected some level of a mess from removing and replacing two sliding glass doors. There was none. They cleaned up everything. They also took the huge many of recycled boxes from my unpacking in case the company didn't take it, which happened the week prior. Insulation was scheduled for two days because you never know what they're going to come across. They finished in half a day. The difference is amazing. Titus went through the doors with me and explained everything. I asked him if I needed a bar to go in the gap for safety. From contractors i know in the area, they said to go with Central Window. A guy named John helped me. No complaints--he explained when the crew would be out. The crew was on time quick, cleaned up after themselves, seemed to be quality install and haven't had issues in past 4 yrs. I have used them two other times in 2010 and 2013 to upgrade to hurricane proof windows for every bedroom. I ask for john both times and would recommend.

I spent 14k on 9 panes of glass and one failed and they refused to fix it despite it being their error. They were also deceptive and would not tell me what really happened despite me questioning multiple time how could this happen. I promptly showed the technician a hairline glass crack that wasn't there beforehand. The owner has made excuses about scratches that don't exist trying to place the blame back on me, refuses to come see in person, made a promise to repair that he later reneged on, and his take it or leave it solution is for me to pay $1100 at his cost to replace or take a $50 credit for the inconvenience instead of taking any responsibility. I even agreed to split the $1100 cost 50/50 as an amicable solution and he will no longer respond to me. I had a second company validate this type of crack can happen. This falls very short of their "Guaranteed Satisfaction Every Time" mantra on their website.
