From contractors i know in the area, they said to go with Central Window. A guy named John helped me. No complaints--he explained when the crew would be out. The crew was on time quick, cleaned up after themselves, seemed to be quality install and haven't had issues in past 4 yrs. I have used them two other times in 2010 and 2013 to upgrade to hurricane proof windows for every bedroom. I ask for john both times and would recommend.

I spent 14k on 9 panes of glass and one failed and they refused to fix it despite it being their error. They were also deceptive and would not tell me what really happened despite me questioning multiple time how could this happen. I was out of state at the time and when I returned and fully examined the failed window I realized it was completely due to them not installing stops on the top of the window which essentially holds the window in place!

They also took the huge many of recycled boxes from my unpacking in case the company didn't take it, which happened the week prior. Insulation was scheduled for two days because you never know what they're going to come across. They finished in half a day. The difference is amazing. Titus went through the doors with me and explained everything. I asked him if I needed a bar to go in the gap for safety. He didn't even laugh and showed me that new doors have an up-and-down lock that create a claw. good to know. It was the best service I've ever had with home repair or replacements.

The previous owner of my home spent approximately $50,000 on NewSouth impact windows and doors installed in 2023. Only about three years later, I'm now facing approximately $15,000 in investigation, repairs, legal costs, and related expenses after discovering significant water intrusion and hidden damage around the windows. The problem appears to have been occurring for months before we discovered it. It became serious enough that I paid $2,525 for a Cause and Origin forensic engineering investigation, and as the cost of correcting the damage continued to grow, I also had to hire an attorney to help protect my interests and evaluate the appropriate legal action. I then hired another licensed and insured company to correct the exterior sealing. Their $4,200 proposal calls for removing all of the old sealant around 10 windows and 2 double doors, thoroughly cleaning the perimeters, applying commercial grade Sikaflex 15LM sealant, and addressing screws in the slider drain channels. What made this even more frustrating was NewSouth's response. We purchased the home July 10, 2026. The original owner did not initiate NewSouth's warranty transfer within 30 days, and when I contacted them August 27, they declined to honor the remaining warranty because we were slightly outside that window, despite the original customer being involved and the windows being only about three years old. NewSouth later sent someone to my home. I assumed they were finally coming to assess the damage and reconsider the situation. Instead, the representative did not seem to know why he had been sent and had to call the office. My understanding was that they could potentially quote me to fix the work. After everything above, why would I pay NewSouth again? I wasn't the person who chose NewSouth or paid the original approximately $50,000, but unfortunately I'm the homeowner now paying the price. If you already have NewSouth windows, I strongly recommend having the exterior sealing independently inspected. If you're considering buying from them, read the complaints and ask very specific questions about installation quality, water intrusion, sealing, warranty transfers, and what happens if something goes wrong. For an installation completed in 2023, this experience has been completely unacceptable to me. The photos, videos, $4,200 corrective proposal, $2,525 forensic engineering investigation, and the fact that I've now had to involve legal counsel speak for themselves.

He was knowledgeable, personable and very impressive by answering all of my questions. He believes in his windows and his enthusiasm is evident in what he does. Customer Service kept me updated while the windows were being constructed. Once they were ready, the rep fully explained what to expect on the day of installation. He was very accommodating in scheduling the install date to my needs. The day of installation, Joe, the crew supervisor, called me when they were on their way giving me an ETA. I had thought of additional questions before they began. He called the office and put me in touch with Kourtney. She was professional in handling my questions and assured me with kindness and understanding. Joe and his crew of six took over and got to work immediately. Two men worked together on a window. They were efficient, fast and you could tell they knew what they were doing. It was amazing how they could do what they do with each of them knowing what their responsibilities are without saying a word. They just got after it and finished my home in less than a day. Each of them was respectful of me and my home. They moved furniture that was in the way and covered things in the open. They cleaned up so well before they left, there wasn't a piece of dust or dirt anywhere. During the day, their manager, Michael, stopped by to check in and make sure I was happy with the progress and if I had any concerns. He walked me around the house to make sure I could see everything they were doing. Nathan, the sales rep, also stopped by before the day was over to make sure I was pleased with the job. The windows are even better than what I expected! They make an immediate difference in the appearance of each room. One of the best things when looking through them - the colors and clarity outside are move vivid. I have noticed an immediate quietness in suppressing sounds from the outside. My favorite window is the one that opens from side to side. I just can't say enough how great these windows are! Like I said, H & M Windows are truly fantastic.
