Be very careful with this company RSD Handyman in Port St. John Florida. I had them install a door…read moreand some windows. Tony had to come back to fix the door trying to tell me my wall of the house wasn't level. The bottom of the door on the right side stuck out about a 1/2 inch from the wall so there would be no way I could add trim to it. Then Tony started working on my windows and Tony left the outside of the windows needing many more repairs. Tony had gotten defective widows and then the lady Emma told me I had to pay extra to take them out to return them to Lowes and exchange them. I said what? That isn't my fault the windows were defective and if Tony knew so much about windows Tony should have known they were defective and never put them in the first place. Update: Tony cracked my brand new door jamb all along one side where he failed to put the door shims in properly. It was a brand new prehung door I had bought from Lowes for $220 and now costs more, and the first time he touched it he ruined it. The windows were not defective but were the wrong type he had purchased. He bought sliding windows instead of vertical windows and proceeded to install two of them before I put a stop to it. Tony got all mad at me when I told him "I should just have hired someone that specializes in door and windows". So Tony started saying, "you don't think I'm a professional". I should have told him, "obviously you are not a professional if you can't buy the correct windows".
