I've taken both my sons here a couple times. There has never been much of a wait, the staff is super friendly, answers all of our questions.

Fast and simple. Front desk lady was super generous and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Came in on a Saturday. I was greeted warmly. They got me in and out so fast! Even gave me a doctors note if I don't feel better by Monday.

Will lie to close on time. Even if it means denying to see an insured patient :( wish there was a zero stars option

The receptionist was fine--obviously more interested in my insurance info than my name or what was wrong, but that's par for the course. The doctor and Xray tech were absolutely not. The doctor was extremely rude, had no bedside manner, and was more forceful than he needed to be while assessing an injury. The X-ray tech forcefully moved my foot into position, which hurt more than the injury itself and probably exacerbated it. The person (nurse? who knows) who brought me an airboot said "I hope this is the right size" and then walked away. They wrote the wrong limb down in their notes (I know, right vs. left is hard), the doctor kept getting the names of bones wrong, and honestly I would've been better staying off at home and waiting to see a doctor worth their salt on Monday morning. I'm not sure they didn't make the injury worse jerking my foot over and over again for the X-rays. Dude should stick to X-raying inanimate objects that can't feel pain. On top of that, they make it absolutely impossible to get your own medical records. They can't figure out how to use their own portal, won't (or can't) upload it to their own portal, have difficulty receiving fax requests, etc. etc. etc. Given this, the only way to get it is in person, which is difficult when you can't drive or walk. Pretty depressing when you can't even get access to your own images after suffering at the hands of an inept X-ray tech and bumbling doctor.

Already on antibiotics from her primary care doctor. I went hoping they'd help figure out what was going on. Instead, the doctor's main response was, "What do you want me to do? What do you want me to prescribe?" I even suggested a chest X-ray, but he dismissively said they couldn't do that because there was no pediatric tech on-site. He offered swabs, but as someone in the medical field, I knew that given the timeline, it wouldn't change treatment. When I declined swabs, his attitude remained rude and dismissive. If he doesn't like helping patients, maybe he should reconsider his job. Families deserve respectful, proactive care, not someone acting like a smart-aleck when kids are sick.
