I took it home and when I assembled my model , it turned out one of the components was damaged (near the wires that were soldered) It cost $50 for a new one and they said that they weren't at fault and turned me down. No compensation... Pretty disappointed, as I don't really have a stable way to make money at 14...

The employees are not always the friendliest although some are. But they are always available to help you find what you are looking for. I found a cute pair of lavender shorts but there was no place to try them on so I went ahead and bought them in the size I thought would fit and brought them home to try, knowing I could take them back if they didn't fit and try another size. I asked about the return policy and the girl told me you have 60 days with the receipt and 90 days without a receipt. I thought that was more than generous. I'm sure I will be back.

When this store first opened, and for a couple years after, it had a great selection of board games. Almost two short aisles worth. There used to be a lot of titles to look at. They even had Kickstarters if I remember correctly, Just went in there the other day looking to buy, and walked out in less than three minutes. They have practically NO BOARD GAMES ANY MORE. The place has miniatures for skirmish like games coming out their ears if you're into that. I don't know what happened. Clearly their customers are not board gamers. They proceeded to all look up at me laugh, look away from me, and look again and proceeded to laugh again. Maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part, but from a customer or human aspect it felt as if I was being laughed at. Maybe it was how I was dressed, maybe it's because I was uneducated and asked the initial guy some questions.
