Something that is convenient is that they make you sign up for some website and they ask you for a bunch of information and documents before you even come into the office. I don't normally keep the paper copies of my bills since everything is online these days. I had switched to Irma this year because my previous tax lady had moved further out from me, plus that lady sold her business. I figured it was my chance to start fresh. I had called around/browsed websites of a few places. Irma's fees were closest to my old tax lady's fees. Everyone else I contacted had exorbitant fees. I'm glad I found Irma.
