Booked an appointment here because of a Living Social Deal I bought. Glad I did. Steve O'Neil was my masseur and it was one of the best massages I've had. I gave the place 4 out of 5 stars because the walls are thin and I could hear the conversation next door the entire time (1 hour of next door conversation), which was distracting. But Steve is 5 stars for sure. The room was perfectly lit and kept to good temperature. Nice, relaxing music in the background. Steve has been in the line of work for 20+ years and I can tell. Great massage! I have many injuries and muscle tightness that he was really able to work on these. I felt much better leaving than I did stepping into the building. Thanks so much Steve! read more

Dr. Isaro is great. You start with a warm electro massage and then adjustment. Dr. Isaro def. listens to all your needs and adjusts based on your needs. He is def. great at making you feel at ease. I have been seeing Dr. Balch off and on for the past two years now, I mostly see him know for maintenance, for things when I strain my back, shoulder etc. and its truly amazing, because when I do feel, I have strained something, I would see Dr. Balch, just hoping that I would be relieved of, my aches and pain, and everytime, I come out of his office, I am truly amazed, of how effective Dr. Balch's adjustments, are. About a year ago I met Dr. Jandial at a fair and somehow decided to tell him that I have scoliosis and as a result had a full spinal fusion when I was a teenager. I was quite apprehensive at first, but agreed to let him examine me, since he said that he sees others with the same condition. I highly recommend Dr.Isero and Alliance Chiropractic.. I have never been to a Chiropractor and have always been in fear of the day that I would need to see one. Last week, I was rear ended on Highway 101 and shortly after realized I wasn't feeling well, I was sore, my back ached and my kneck was really sore. I called Alliance Chiropractic and was able to get an appointment that same day. I met with Dr. Isero, explained the accident, how I was feeling and how afraid I was and he was very patient. He understood my fears but also explained why it was important to look into adjustments. If I did not address the pain and stiffness I was experiencing -it was going to remain or get worst and he was able to help me feel better. I highly suggest this office and especially Dr. Isero. He is able to explain what you will need to feel better, his team is able to set appointments that work for your schedule and get you feeling better quickly. Worst chiro spot to go to. I scheduled an appointment and went. First when you arrive the receptionist will ask for your insurance card and will give you paperwork's to finish before seeing the chiropractor and that alone took about 30 minutes. The actual therapy was ok, very basic, I had better ones. But what really sticks out on my first visit was how they handled my issue with insurance. Little did I know that while I was waiting 30 minutes to see the therapist and waiting in the room, the receptionist learned that I had issues with my insurance but instead of telling me before I see the doctor, they choose not to tell me and waited till my appointment was over. I was very disappointed with and they billed me 60 bucks just for a visit. And it doesn't stop there, after 1 month or so, I received a mail from their office regarding that event claiming that my insurance didn't work and that they billing AGAIN on top of the cash I paid the day of my visit. Please never go here, it is so unreliable and unprofessional. read more

I just encountered Alliance while at the Burlingame public market, and I have no intention of pursuing care under them after my experience this morning. The woman in charge of signing people up for "free massages" (which, as it turns out, is just a way to try and lure people in for chiropractic care) asked me point blank why I do not have any children. This was in no way part of the obligatory questions she needed to ask prior to a massage, and was clearly intended as small talk. This question showed absolutely no regard for my potential past history or the possible reasons why I have no children. She clearly assumed that my not having children was simply a choice of mine, and it was not. I have suffered three miscarriages in this past year and have been diagnosed with PCOS. I desperately want children, and this topic is a very difficult one for me. As someone who at least works in the health-care profession, her inability to be aware of this possibility and be more sensitive in the questions she asked during small talk struck me as very problematic. I would have completely understood if she's simply asked IF I had children. That would not have bothered me. It is, however, deeply inappropriate for ANYONE other than a medical doctor to ask me why. She did a great job of reminding me of all of my losses this morning with her carelessness, and that conversation solidly ruined what was otherwise a lovely morning. If these are the kinds of people this practice chooses to hire, then I'm afraid I don't trust their ability to be sensitive to their patients' needs and histories. It may very well have been an unfortunate, random encounter, and I am sure that this practice does very well by certain of their patients. I sincerely doubt, however, in their abilities to do right by me. read more

I suffered from back pain and neck pain for about a month before I decided to see a chiropractor. My PCP initially gave me pain meds to help the problem, but I did not feel comfortable masking the pain. I decided to give chiropractic care a chance and I am so glad I did. What's really nice is that you can book your appointment online but if you rather call, the office staff is super nice and accommodating. Dr. Jandial took my case and did a thorough examination while explaining the whole chiropractic process in detail to make me feel comfortable. I have been seeing him for about a month now and have noticed a significant decrease in pain, I am able to move more freely, feel less restricted and relax better. I was also impressed that my frequent migraines had disappeared in the process. I still have a little ways to go for the pain to completely subside, but I can honestly say that I feel so much better than I did a month ago. My friend had really bad muscle spasms from working out too vigorously and last night it was almost unbearable pain. He took medication, used a foam roller, heating pads, and ice packs but it just made it ALMOST tolerable. I looked on groupon and found this amazing package for $40 to visit Dr. Isero and luckily, he had an appointment available the same afternoon. We got to the office about half an hour early and he helped us right away. He saw how much pain my friend was in and started working on him immediately. He was really personable so that made us feel comfortable telling him about his injury. He took his time while trying to figure out what was causing my friend's muscle spasms and even hooked up a machine to my friend's back for some instant relief. We're still waiting on the x-rays, but even without the x-ray results, this trip has totally paid for itself. We will definitely be back here for routine check ups and adjustments. read more

He's a great chiropractor because he has good people skills, he really listens to his patients and their needs/concerns, and he has a sports-like approach to chiropractic. Having had enough with hip, back, and shoulder/neck pain, I decided to look for good chiropractic care on Yelp which brought me to Alliance Chiropractic. I set up my initial appointment and it was the BEST decision I have ever made. I have lived with scoliosis for much of my life, making constant back pain the norm for me. What brought me in was the hip pain that was severely limiting my exercise routine. Luckily, I was assigned to Dr. Jandial and it was meant to be because I couldn't have asked for better doctor. Dr. Jandial took the time to listen to all of my symptoms, examined me, then took the time to give me a full thorough diagnosis, and answered all my questions. I was in much worse shape than I thought: a straight military neck, a spine that is curved wrong in 2 directions, and a right hip that is lower and rotated forward, precisely accounting for all the pain/tightness I've been living with. After just 2 adjustments I felt AWESOME. The difference was like night and day, I couldn't believe it. I still have a long way to go, but I am so glad I got it started with Dr. Jandial. He is so very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Living with back pain, or any pain, is not normal and I highly encourage anyone experiencing chronic back/neck pain to give chiropractic care a try. Believe me, it was life changing. Service here is the best you can get at any healthcare facility. I am under the care of Dr.Balch whom ive seen in the past for excruciating headaches which have come back due to stress and other factors.To start off I chose Dr.Balch because he came highly recommended by friends and co workers. Prior to seeing Dr. BALCH, I had the misconception or fear that chiropractors crack bones which is incorrect as they are adjusting joints. Another fear is the difficulty to relax during these visits because we tend to automaticallly stiffen up, but because Dr. Balch has a calming ,trustworthy sense to him I am able to relax and get the proper treatment / adjustments done. Ihave to emphasize his excellent bed side manners as this an important key factor to receiving all the great benefits .As always, the staff is professional and courteous.
