Management is helpful and attentive to my need to push her in certain areas and they take constructive criticism well. They're always trying to improve and asking what we like or don't about our time here. I have referred a couple friends and they also had positive experiences. At times the kids paired in the class don't seem to be as advanced as my kid and that can lead to slower times transitioning to the next exercise but overall we have had help with makeup classes, tailoring teaching methods to my kiddo and I've seen first hand how well they work with adaptive swim and special needs kids. I have done a lot of research on classes in the area and this is hands down the best option with the most flexibility and cost is reasonable. Best coaches for us have been Azul, Makayla, Patton, Natalie, and my daughter also likes Heidi however I feel they spend more time talking then learning so I have put notes in to limit that and redirect to skills work when it's just her and my kiddo in the pool. I don't like the 3 kids to 1 instructor but if the kids are all matched by skills and listen (it is a class. If your kids just wanna play or you can't get your kid to focus go to a public pool, don't waste my money and time with a coach having to constantly redirect your kid) it runs smoothly and each kid gets a solid 10min of swim time which is a decent time to perform skills and learn. We do 2x a week and that's better for us. The swim clinic seems to be more intensive and focused but I haven't tried it due to our schedule so I can't speak on that personally. Their stated policy is 30 days of notice for cancellation, which is fine, because we agreed to that. We submitted a cancellation on 7/9 and were happy to pay for lessons through 8/8. However, they charged us for lessons on 8/13. I requested a correction to the billing error immediately upon receiving the errant bill, but their handling of the dispute was atrocious. The assistant manager, Melisa, arbitrarily placed the blame by default upon us and demanded a copy of a particular transactional e-mail, even though their own billing system records confirmed the facts we presented. Upon a firm demand for a refund of the disputed amount, they refused to discuss the billing error further, so we initiated a chargeback to our bank card provider for the disputed amount with our detailed documentation of the case. Again, very poor treatment by the staff even when presented professionally with ample evidence of the dispute in a timely fashion. The staff are unreasonable people and I would recommend avoiding this particular location.

They have a revolving door of instructors and he has never had the same one consistently more than 3 weeks in a row over the course of an entire year. So every time we get someone new they say the same thing "oh well I'm not comfortable moving him up until I see him do the moves consistently several weeks in a row." Can't happen when they change instructors all the time. They always either start late or end early, and with 4 kids in the class they get very little one on one with the instructor. It feels like a waste of time and they are just trying to take your money with no concern over developing each child. Just going through the motions.

Their response is as follow: Good afternoon, I am so sorry about the late response on our part, unfortunately you guys do have to be enrolled for at least on day per week of swimming to be able to use those makeup lessons. So we have to continue paying to receive the service we already paid for and was canceled by them. I will take my losses and don't want any compensation, but want every family to be aware of how they treat their customers. Rest assured we won't be back to finish our current month.

She really enjoyed going to the studio every week. The grand finale was her 2023 Recital Performance held at McKinney High School this past Saturday morning. There was a check-in table for all the dancers to check in at. Parents were given a "claim check" card so they could retrieve their child after the show. McKinney High School was a great venue, but that'll be a separate review. Turns out they had another recital that started at 12:30. The teachers and staff were very well organized and wonderful with the kids. The program could be found by scanning the QR code! What a great way to cut down on paper and still get all the information to the audience! The program lasted about an hour and a half. They included several fun videos in the program that spotlighted the teachers, some of the dads trying out their child's dance moves and a slideshow of the practices throughout the year. They had a background where pictures could be taken. What a great year of ballet and tap dance she had at All Out and many wonderful memories were made!

At the end of the trial, Miss Henley rushed my husband as he was leaving class and pushed him to sign a "renewal" agreement without ever disclosing it was a legally binding 1-year contract.Due to a family relocation, a newborn baby, and sharing one vehicle, it became impossible for our child to attend. When we physically went to the facility to request a cancellation, the staff clearly ignored us being present, rudely claiming they were "too busy in class" to speak with us. When they finally addressed us, they brushed us off entirely and claimed that their third-party billing platform, ZenPlanner, was their official cancellation partner and that we had to handle it through them.All of a sudden, the story completely changed. She informed us that they are no longer with ZenPlanner, and suddenly she magically had the power to cancel it himself--but only if we paid the remaining contract balance in full! To make matters even more dishonest, they keep shifting their own rules to convenience themselves: their earlier emails explicitly stated that a relocation distance of over 20 miles qualified for cancellation, but they arbitrarily changed that requirement to 25 miles just to reject our request and trap us.Despite our child not stepping foot in the facility for nearly 6 months, they relentlessly auto-deducted tuition and forced us to pay out a massive fee for the rest of the year just to be released. They show zero empathy for local families, ignore you when you stand in front of them, and constantly change their policies to force you into a financial chokehold. Do not trust their "trial" offers or their word!

That told me they are treated with joy and love even when parents aren't touring. The team made absolute magic happen in getting our boys enrolled quickly.
