When I called Yates-Astro they were very responsive via email and phone and were able to make appointments just a few days out. Uriah came by in the morning and was very thorough with the spraying. He explained that the solution (SAFE for pets AND babies) gets coated around the inside and outside of the house. As the pests clean themselves they ingest it and die. Expect 2-3 days of dying pests. He went in our garage, every room of the house and the attic. He laid traps in the attic also. The really awesome thing about Yates is that if you find a bug, you can text your guy and he'll come back and re-spray. They spray every 2 months and it costs $65 every other month. I sleep better at night knowing that the bad bugs are staying outside and not coming inside. *spiders are a different story, gotta kill them with fire
