So I call and ask to speak to billing give the lady the invoice # after being on hold for about 4 minutes the lady comes back and asks me if I want the warranty or not. I ask her to look again at the bill and bring to her attention the note on bill that says repair and explain that I have never called or asked them to make a repair. She acknowledges my point and then again asks me if I want the warranty or not. BUYER BEWARE!!!

When he spoke with me at the front door, he said he had tried to get in the fenced backyard, but it was locked. So I have to get defensive about protecting my property! No apologies given for both faux pas. After inspecting most of the crawlspace, using only one out of four entrances, he said he couldn't access it all, so did not complete a CL-100 report, even though he said he found no evidence of active termite infestations. So he left us in the lurch, walking away grumpily. Just horrid! The very, very old coot needs to be put out to pasture.

THEIR "REPAIR" RUINED MY SOFA UPHOLSTERY! DON'T GO HERE!…read more The upholstery on my sofa detaches and is machine washable. I tore it while putting it back on. I asked them sew a similar fabric on the UNDERSIDE to reinforce it and keep it from ripping more. Didn't need to be perfect, I knew the tear itself could not be sewn together but patching and stitching the underside could mitigate the damage. I came to pick it up and BOTH SIDES were covered in a fabric patch that's not even a close match! I was told that there wasn't a way to reinforce it from the underside so they just did both. Even if that were true (it's not), why did no one call me FIRST and tell me the work I requested and paid for wasn't possible? This is a very basic ask of a professional tailor, it's unbelievable they got it so wrong! This patch is so much worse than the original tear. The sofa was custom made in Japan and is a one of a kind piece. Pics of the tear and what they did to it. The pics of the denim repair is an example of what I asked them to do.

He actually asked to borrow a tool from me, spent a lot of time on his phone trying to figure things out, and even had to call another tech for help. After all that, he gave me a guess about why my freezer wasn't working, while also trying to redirect me by saying my refrigerator might still be under warranty and that I should contact them instead. That's something that should have been clarified before the appointment, not after wasting my time. Now, four days later, my freezer is still not working. The part hasn't even been ordered, and I've been told yet another technician needs to come out. To make matters worse, they've given me another vague 4-5 hour window to wait around for them. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and time-wasting experience. Poor communication, lack of preparation, and zero sense of urgency. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
