An absolute joke. I had a squirrels chewing through my AC lines.
I had HH Exterminators come out to do an inspection. They quoted me $1800 to guarantee no more squirrels in the house.
2 men came for barely 3 hours and I noticed they did not put a screen over the portal for the garage attic. When I called Micheal he said we didn't pay for that. When I provided the quote he said "oh, they just forgot it." They came back and did the attic and guaranteed a 2nd time that no squirrels could enter. I had AC repaired again ($900) and a few months later squirrels chewed through the lines again. They came back a 3rd time and did some more patching. Again, my AC went out. My AC guy came and there was a huge hole in the attic fan which was never checked or repaired. My AC guy patched it and I had HH Exterminators come back a 4th time. This time I had the General Manager come and asked him to do a very through search of my home to assure no more squirrels. He did and they placed a cage over one of my attic fans. They never checked the other one. Once again the AC guy came and noted 2 things. 1. They never took away the make shift patch on the attic fan when they caged it so if I would've used it, it would cause a fire and 2. They never even checked the other attic fan that also has a huge hole in it. I have spent over $3k in AC lines and $1800 with HH Exterminators and they cannot even do the most basic of inspections to see where the squirrels are entering the house. These are not small holes, they are obvious attic fans which after 4 times were still not inspected. The AC guy found it right away. Micheal said he went into my attic and he only went halfway up the ladder and used a flashlight. They are absolutely, shockingly incompetent. If you can't find the gapping holes that the squirrels enter through then don't guarantee that you will keep them out. read more
