I have never had them come out to my home. So I call and ask to speak to billing give the lady the invoice # after being on hold for about 4 minutes the lady comes back and asks me if I want the warranty or not. I ask her to look again at the bill and bring to her attention the note on bill that says repair and explain that I have never called or asked them to make a repair. She acknowledges my point and then again asks me if I want the warranty or not. BUYER BEWARE!!!

When he spoke with me at the front door, he said he had tried to get in the fenced backyard, but it was locked. So I have to get defensive about protecting my property! No apologies given for both faux pas. After inspecting most of the crawlspace, using only one out of four entrances, he said he couldn't access it all, so did not complete a CL-100 report, even though he said he found no evidence of active termite infestations. So he left us in the lurch, walking away grumpily. Just horrid! The very, very old coot needs to be put out to pasture.
