That's every homecoming, every Halloween and every Thanksgiving with sinus infection, stuffy ears, drainage in my head. Not to mention when my histamines are high I would get itchy from the slightest abrasion, grass, mosquito bite, even a nylon bag. Until I started immunotherapy with Chacko over 5 years ago I no longer have these symptoms. I come in once every four weeks and keep the symptoms at bay!

I ended up with an infection and he worked with me through it and when he realized I needed more drastic intervention, he sent me to an Infectious Disease doctor and continued to work with him and get updates on my condition. I now see Dr. Preston Imhof for a vertigo/motion sickness condition and he's been great to help me out with ADA forms for work. Tip: Fill the forms out for your doctor and then have him review them. Not only does this save on time, but he doesn't know what your job is, so this helps tremendously. On my last visit he thanked me for having the forms prefilled out and all he had to do was review and sign. He said it's a huge time saver for them. It also saved me the fee for him having to fill out the form! :-)

He was diagnosed and treated by a very reputable Atlanta Gastroenterologist. He was not making much progress after several months and had to withdraw from school as he could not function well enough to attend a full-time schedule. It was in desperation that we consulted another physician, Paul Rabinowitz, MD with Atlanta Asthma and Allergy Consultants. Dr Rabinowitz is not only very personable, he takes his time and thoroughly Listens as he Relates exceedingly well to his patients; he practices Exceptional Patient Advocacy. He also is very familiar with EOE which is virtually unknown to many other MDs and up-to-now, has no Proven cure. After much prayer and following Dr Rabinowitz's protocol, my son is making Marked improvements. He is no longer nauseated and vomiting daily. He is Thriving physically and now has Hope! Today we are reducing the steroidal treatments and along with his Allergy shots, will eventually wean completely off treatments! Dr Rabinowitz is Refreshing and Thinks " Outside the Box". We will Forever be Grateful for as my son credits Dr Rabinowitz with " Giving Back his Life and Giving Us Hope!" What more could Any physician do for his/ her patient? We are Very... If you want to fill out your name, address and other information repeatedly on each one of those forms, since they are incapable of pre-filing out information using a computer and having you verify it, then you should go here. If you want to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes so they can then ask you more questions that could have been on a form and take your weight, then you should go here. If you then want to wait 45 minutes longer in the patient room and still not even know what your doctor looks like. You should go here. I waited 1.5 hrs and never saw what my doctor even looked like before walking out. If you want a doctor that has no respect for your time, then I personally recommend this place.

Doc walked in at 1030 (2 hours after)- spent under 10 minutes with me and had more conversation about stuff not related to allergies. Then the allergy tested began. I requested I be tested for tree nuts amongst other things since my daughter has that allergy. Guess what? 1.5 hours later they told me they didn't test tree nuts. I ended up spending 4 hours there...and kept being told the appointment could last up to 3 hours... it's been 4 hours!!!! Stop telling me 3 hours when you have surpassed that! And it shouldn't take 2 hours to just start an appointment! Absolutely not. Save your time!

They even sent me to the wrong suite number. So, I took time off work and couldn't get a shot. I was able to set up a payment plan for my outstanding bill and choose the amount. I chose $50 a month as an automatic payment. The nice lady at the back desk asked me if I would like a phone call me each month before the payment was deducted! I declined, but what a nice offer! Nurse Practioner Ancy was pleasant as always. I barely had to wait to see her. Volunteer Afua took my blood pressure and heart rate. She was as sweet as can be. The office was spic and span. There are signs on the door with instructions on entering. I'm definitely sticking with Sy Med!

He will actually spend time with you. i feel like most doctors will make you wait 15-30 min in the waiting room, only to see you for 5-10 minutes, and then rush to get out. He actually spent an hour with me trying to understand all my allergy symptoms, evaluating all my allergy test results, and coming up with a customized plan for my allergies. He has an MD and PhD and really knows his stuff. Really smart guy that knows a lot about the current research out there. He talked about some of the research during our appointment and was not rushed at all to get me out the door. Definitely the best doctor I've ever had, and I will continue going back if my allergies ever flare up again.
