They give you a 10 minute window for tardiness for appointments. Not really sure what happens after you are late though. When it's close to time for your appointment they give you a reminder call or two a couple of days before. Their office takes just about every insurance type. I can attest to this as I have changed providers over the years through my jobs. They do a lot of their labs onsite. They also do allergy testing and stress tests on site as well which is quite convenient. If there's something their office can't do they usually typically recommend pretty good doctors to go to. I foresee myself continuing to go to Dr. Kim for a long time. His entire office is nice and it's always the same people there so that must also be a good sign that people working there are happy as there is no turn over. I've built relationships and rapport with the entire office staff and they are very kind and patient. The office is clean and parking is also free.
