Beware staff is terrible. We moved from Dallas and my son's…read moreallergist was an award winning Physician that gave us extremely great personal care. My son had severe allergies that made daily functions difficult. Under the Dallas clinics care for over a year, he had become so much better and we wanted to make sure he gets the same care and chose Chacko after reading the reviews. We made the initial visit to established care and arranged to get his serums transferred over from the Dallas Clinic and agreed to continue his shot regimen based on what he was receiving in Dallas cause it's been working and we've been on it for over a year. He had made significant progress and wanted to continue. After ranging shipment and paying $190 to get it shipped, we were notified that one of the vials was broken. Which is ok. In the whole process the Dallas Clinic was always in contact and keeping us updated. Chacko clinic asked if we wanted to pay for a new serum or have them resend the broken vial. I chose to have them resent since i already spent 190 for shipment. This was over 3 weeks ago and they have not contacted us since. The Dallas Office was in contact telling us that the Vial arrived at Chacko on the first week of April. No one from Chacko ever called us. I called their number and was told by the agent to email them and that he would make sure it goes to the right people. I was given their generic inbox email address. Sure enough a week passes and still no response. I sent them a follow up email, concerned with the health of my child cause they are not following up and sure enough they call back right away with excuses. Pretty much blaming the Dallas office saying they sent it to the wrong office location. But fail to realize that Dallas office has been in contact every week through the progress while Chacko has been ignoring us for a month and a half. I don't understand how I am suppose to believe them. After 5mins of them giving me excuses, I patiently listened and gave them my concerns again in which the 2 people that had called constantly cut me off every 5 seconds and when I called them out on it, they said :"Oh now you wanna talk" sarcastically when in actually they've been the ones talking and not letting me talk. They said how can you prove that the dallas office sent the replacement vial. I said track it. They said: then tell me which office it went too. I asked why does that matter I am not responsible for your intake mail. They said: you can't expect to be responsive for lost mail. I told them, it shows confirmed on the first week of April and you said that first vials were delivered to the Alpharetta office when this office is in Buford so clearly you guys get mail forwarded internally. They proceeded to cut me off and at which i lost it and told them to remove my child from their care. They are really taking lightly that they are playing with my child's livelihood. We spent almost 2 years of effort to get him to his point where he can function semi normally and now they are ruining all that progress. I have no idea how they are even rated this high, being an outside person having had access to top notch care, they don't even compare. I mean ignoring us for a month a half with 1 call to let us know that a vial broke after the first week and nothing after is plain negligent and dangerous. Even my prior clinic stated that they are concerned cause they just seem too big to care and are unable to provide personalized care. Just seems like an Allergy farm to farm shots and not provide any individual care. Beware, if your case is complex, your better off going to a more private clinic.

They did not schedule for my hearing to be checked and I had to make a second appointment, so the doctor's appointment was moot. Be aware that you cannot schedule an appointment with audiology yourself, they have to call you back. They did not call for several days, so I called them and actually scheduled the 2nd appointment. After having my hearing checked and seeing the doctor, I was told they would call me to schedule discussing the hearing aids. Considering I had already had two appointments, I asked for them to call as soon as possible to schedule the next appointment. They did not call for 9 days. Once they did call, the person told me that they have 7 to 14 days to call you back to schedule the appointment. Of course, then you have to wait another couple of weeks to a month to get the next appointment. I decided to go somewhere else.

I have been visiting Allergy & Asthma Consultants since March of this year. Hands down one of the best decisions I have made for my health in a while. Dr. Nadel is so so so sweet and really took the time to educate me on what was causing my issues and how to better address them. He was thoughtful and considerate. He is probably one of my favorite doctors I have ever interacted with in my life. I had an allergy test done (not fun at all, but totally worth it) and now I am getting allergy shots for several allergens. I have already noticed a substantial improvement of my symptoms and I am so thankful for Dr. Nadel and his team. Showing up for my shots is quick and easy (not necessarily painless, but it isn't awful - the sore arms are far worse than the needle pricks). Considering how much I have improved, sore arms and a little inconvenience is a small price to pay. If you are serious about relief, there is a strong chance allergy shots will help it just requires a commitment because you have to go on a schedule with the frequency decreasing over time. I am now going every two weeks which is so manageable! I am really happy I chose Dr. Nadel with Allergy and Asthma Consultants. If you're looking for an allergist - this is your place!

After making appt I an alarming amount of text messages asking me to confirm and replied with yes. Day 2-called office again regarding my insurance and was told I would get a call back. In the interim 4 more text messages popped through asking to confirming appt but zero call back. Went on for days including my urgent call yesterday to please confirm my insurance is valid for allergy testing. Was told I would get a call back yesterday by 5pm. Nope. Had to stop allergy meds 3 days ago and changed travel plans to go to said apt but no call backs. Started the inquiries again this morning and again was told someone would call back. Shocking, no call back. Finally cancelled 1 hour before appt then the mgr finally called me. I understand until doc does the tests would I know what said bills were going to be, codes and what not, but I just simply asking to confirm my insurance covers basic blood/skin screening which is what front desk said the doc would do today. Office is poorly run not to mention mgr said appts are scheduled remotely. Is some dude playing video games in his den scheduling confidential medical appts? Going to report to the AMA and Fulton County Medical Association. What a waste of time. My time not to mention violation of HIPPA.

Dr Rabinowitz is not only very personable, he takes his time and thoroughly Listens as he Relates exceedingly well to his patients; he practices Exceptional Patient Advocacy. He also is very familiar with EOE which is virtually unknown to many other MDs and up-to-now, has no Proven cure.
