I was "diagnosed" with a sciatic problem but with some prescription the pain could be eased. When the time to wrap up came she left and sent the Medical Assistant to inform me that a urine sample of was needed to discard a kidney infection, but I was not able to provide such sample at that moment, so I offered her to give me a recipient so I did not need to wait there all the time. The answer was that I needed to wait for a decision on that. After 20 minutes the Assistant physician came back and told me that my option was accepted. I asked if she had sent the prescription to my pharmacy but the answer was no. She needed to complete the visit once I came back with the sample. One hour later, I was able to produce the sample she asked for and her verdict was that no kidney infection was found in their lab. So I asked why she did not send the prescription before since the sciatic problem, I could have gotten the medication and taken it but in the meantime the my excruciating pain did not ease. To confirm, I asked if she was a Dr because I am not sure about what her title meant. She replied three times with the same question, that I asked to confirm that I had not been cared for by a physician. She got very upset and told me that a report was going to be filled with her physician and left the room.I left after her and asked what was going to happen with the prescription and the answer was that since I am leaving there is no prescription to be filled. The paperwork when you check in is full of repeated questions, even in the same page on one of the forms. That process cost me 20 minutes. The assessment performed for the diagnostic some other 20 minutes plus another 20 waiting for the approval of my plan to do not wait in the office. All that time, since 0930AM till noon and came back home with the same pain and threat to fill up a report just because that person probably realized that something was not done the right way. Won't be there and won't recommend this office.

I came to the ER with appendicitis, and Dr. Curtis took care of me with precision, confidence, and great attention to my care. I'm especially grateful for the nurses who looked after me, including Rose and Dorothy, as well as all of the other nurses and staff members who treated me with professionalism and kindness throughout my stay. A helpful tip if you ever have to visit the ER: Sunday morning was surprisingly reasonable. We were checked in, evaluated, and seen relatively quickly, and the entire process felt organized and professional. Of course, ER wait times can vary, but our experience was excellent. Even the little things stood out. Parking was easy, the facility was clean and comfortable, and the food was surprisingly healthy and complete for hospital food. They were able to do a strep and flu test and in no time had my results. When I left, they gave me Rx (I had strep), and a get well bag. When I got home and opened it, it had chicken noodle soup, a face mask, some tea, hand sanitizer, cough drops, and tissues. My visit was Saturday and they called me tonight (Monday) to check up on me and to see how I was feeling. All this, and they're "just an urgent care." Amazing. FIRST: I want to thank Rhonda, I had came in a few weeks ago for a potential kidney infection..not only did Rhonda call me daily to check on me, when my symptoms progressed (as I have ms) she called numerous places to get me in for imaging asap to figure out the issue: so thank you Rhonda for going above and beyond for me. She actually listened to my symptoms and showed she cared. SECOND:I would thank Meaghan. I went in to discuss potential infection and heightened anxiety. Meaghan not only was the first person to make me feel comfortable enough to open up to but she validated my feelings which meant more then words can explain. After numerous doctor's appointments finding someone who truly listens and try everything they can to help. Rather than reach out to me and apologize for everything I had to go through with the office, Dr Bramwet wrote back on my patient portal showing that he didn't care about me as a patient. It was incredibly disappointing. When I tried to write back again, my account had been deactivated So hard to find a doctor that truly cares about his patients. Dr Bramwell certainly doesn't.

In general the care I receive is good, not great…read more The areas of concern are 100% based on lack of training, inattention to detail, rushing, and not properly hiring empathic customer facing admins. Key areas: Getting refills promptly addressed via portal and without having to place a call to let them know a request has been put in. Ensuring the RIGHT medication is being refilled. Follow up- if there's an issue with insurance or payment or test results or prescriptions, you will not receive a call. You might not even be notified on the portal. To get proper medical service, the patient needs to be on top of them for all the above reasons. If you are an active and engaged participant in your own medical care and are willing to double check things, you'll be fine here. I can say that, for me, I've seen some improvement from years past.
