Please take a look at US Medical Imaging for all of your needs and if they can't perform a certain procedure, they will find someone to take care of your needs. Scan centers in or nearby hospitals tend to be the most expensive and have cramped parking. That's where John's creek MRI comes in... This is a highly professional office from the front desk to the staff in back. Their appointments are set up through a centralized phone number and then the office staff will contact you if any issues arise before you appointment (issues meaning: your health insurance policy is giving them/you problems, that is sure to happen, but they work with you efficiently to handle the issues.) I was particularly impressed with how organized and hard-working the front office staff was... They were ready to answer any question and gave great customer service. My experience has been the opposite in many other places. A nice addition to the MRI scan room is the offer of headphones while you are trapped in the MRI machine. Those machines are exceptionally loud and the headphones are a great way to help drown out that noise. Just be sure to have a radio station in mind when they ask you what you would like to listen to ... (I sort of froze up because I think most Atlanta-based radio stations are total crap nowadays.) They have limited evening and weekend appointments if you wish. There is ample free parking in their private lot so you won't have to pay for the typical parking garage near a hospital. Good luck!

They may ask if they can send a "couple" of labs but they have the choice to send 20, 30, or as many labs as they want no matter how much they cost and YOU WILL pay for it! I don't understand how they get away with this!!! It's none of your business how many labs they're going to request or how much they cost! It's only your business to pay for it even without a statement explaining what you're even paying for!!! This is by far the worst, most crooked medical facility, I've ever been to in my life!!!

The staff over these told me they will accept my dad insurance BCBS. They also charge my dad coinsurance 30% up front. However, couple weeks later, the BCBS send me the EOB stated that Allegiance Imaging are not in network. Later, Allegiance Imaging send me bill ask for the remaining payment of over $900. I already called the billing department and none of them can help with this bill SINCE 10/2019. The billing department told me they will look into my case for the whole year and nothing happen until today. I WON'T PAY FOR THIS BILL AND WILL KEEP FIGHTING BACK UNTIL THIS RESOLVED! We are your customers, we ARE NOT liable for your staff mistake, YOU DO!

She was spoken to in a very rude way, and then when take back, she had a technician who rudely spoke to her, and then yelled at her, making my mother feel so uncomfortable and my mother, then try to explain the situation on how she didn't mean to make anyone upset when she asked how long it was gonna take the woman be began to speak down to her and tell her that she would cancel her appointment. When my mother then left the clinic, she called the higher up to explain the horrific situation and 30 minutes later she received a call from a private number where the technician explained to her that she was a crazy B and that she knew where my mother lived ... all because my mom asked hey how long do you think the wait will be?
