They have sm tv's in the room playing old-school Bugs Bunny- hysterical! They had tv's turned down so I could hear the 80/90's music playing. I was there because I needed to go help my brother (who is fighting cancer) so I wanted to make sure my cold symptoms were not covid or some other issue that could endanger my immune-compromised brother. The problem is the QR code they gave me to scan so I could get the results never worked. I learned during the visit that I was not positive for Covid, but all of the other results were supposed to be available the next day via a scan, but they weren't. I called the office and they said wait another day, so I did. After that, I revisited the site of the URL daily for weeks, and left many phone messages and a couple of emails but never heard back.. Today I got the bill for that treatment. I understand mistakes happen regarding the URL for the test results, but there is no excuse for not getting back to me. I will ultimately pay the bill so they don't ding my credit rating, but it will leave a very bad taste in my mouth. -- I've now updated this review from 2 to 3 stars. The business owner reached out to me (after I copied my Yelp review to their website) and has resolved the billing issue. I'll still not get the test results, but at least they've taken care of what they can.

Or "Do you have walk in appointments available?" She may be overworked and during these hard times she may also be underpaid.
