Carbon fiber tripods are a super popular item that they sell in addition to clamps, plates, heads, etc. The one thing that may turn people away is price. They are very high end equipment, but very well made and of high quality. I recently purchased a BH-55 Ballhead and 192 FAS Nodal Slide for pano shots from them and I have nothing but high praises for the products. The ballhead is very well made, I never have to worry about my camera slipping off or moving around while mounted to it. It features an Arca-Swiss clamp which I ordered with the screw knob over the lever release style. It has a very smooth operation and when you rotate it, it's also very smooth. The Nodal Clamp, which is used primarily for panoramic shots to give you perfect stitching abilities by eliminating parallax effects is another quality product. Machined to exact standards, you never have to be concerned about poor workmanship when purchasing any of their products. I give them four solid stars for quality workmanship. Price is a factor, but if you want the best, you will pay the price! Solid Four Stars * * * * 5-13-16 I am now using a TVC-34 carbon fiber tripod with the BH-55 ballhead by RRS and I can't say enough great things about it! If you are really serious about your photography, you should have the most stable base for your camera. You can have the best equipment, but if you intend to support it on a pair of "bird legs", you're not going to get optimal results. The TVC-34 is a super solid mountain of a tripod and you can feel how stable it is. I highly recommend it!!

I found an appointment with no trouble. I chose this location because I actually went to the city location a few years ago and I wanted a different look for these. Sally the photographer was Fantastic!! We came running in and she was very accommodating and she was delightful. SCAM ALERT TL;DR…read more 1: Unpleasant behavior 2: Lied about not being able to ship a box internationally via USPS due to size. 3: Tried to overcharge by over $100 when quoting DHL & FedEx If I could give no stars I would. Initial experiences at Post Mart were excellent if you get the younger man who works there. Seems to be the son of the establishment owner. But I am shaking from rage as to what just happened to me with the owner of Post Mart (the lady with the glasses) I came in 15 minutes before close (Dec 31st 2022) with one large box. To ship to the UK. Long story short, I normally get shown the screen to see all available prices and quotes from UPS, FedEx and USPS. But on this occasion, the woman was short and snappy with me and quoted me roughly $650 by DHL & Fedex (she didn't even quote a UPS price). I asked for a USPS price and she said "the box is too big". I didn't question her and just said I'll split up the boxes and come back in a few days. I knew she was lying as I have shipped bigger boxes via USPS through a USPS store. I got home and checked USPS and my 18.5lbs 18"x12"x8" box was completely within the limits and would have cost $148 with $1500 insurance (Dec 2022 prices) priority mail. Fedex quoted $530.33 for the exact same day. So the lady not only lied about USPS not taking the box but she was about to steal $100 from me by over charging for a private courier service without showing me the screen to prove the prices were actually accurate. Also she must think I'm stupid because she only quoted me one price from DHL and Fedex when I know that UPS was also an option and that there are multiple options for varied prices, yet she only listed me a pumped up version of the most expensive services. I guarantee there were other cheaper options. You may be asking yourself, "How can she be so rude and try to defraud customers and pocket the difference without consequences?" Well the answer is that she owns the two store Post Mart franchise. So there are no consequences. The young man will do anything to help you out, but my trust is completely gone after what the owner just tried to pull on me. Totally outrageous behavior. I HIGHLY doubt she will reply to this because she knows exactly what she did and there seems to be little interest in the other magazine feedback this abysmal place has received. You should be ashamed of yourself and just because you hate your job it does not mean your justified in ripping people off. Avoid unless you enjoyed getting mugged off to just ship a box.

Our usual lithographic printer could do them for $12 but was out 10 days & our other back up printer was as well. In a panic we called around & were very surprised to find that Kinko's in AF wanted $75 for the exact, & I mean EXACT, same thing that Canyon Copy charged us $25 for! Kinko's had a 1 week turn around & all sorts of silly little add on charges that "may or may not have to be added to the $75 per item base price in the end." Not to mention Kinko's 1+ WEEK turn around time! Canyon Copy had them 100% done in under 2 hours from when we submitted our artwork & offered us a discount rate on our bulk order as well as future orders. Canyon Copy has been nothing short of impressive at their turn around times & although there staff is not your typical bubbly cheerleader teenagers, they do know their stuff, appropriately quote their times or turn around & ability to deliver according to your needed specifications as well as getting the job done QUICKLY at a very FAIR price! (I deducted 1 star for the monotoned staff -because oh yes it matters! I also don't like being talked down to. No matter how knowledgable you THINK you may be that is no reason to speak down to another person or belittle something they are trying to accomplish.)
