I found Instant Auto Glass on Yelp after reading so many great reviews, and I'm very glad I gave…read morethem a call. I own an HVAC company, and one of the front windshields on our work vehicle was cracked. Since we rely on our vehicles every day, I needed to get it replaced as quickly as possible. I called several other auto glass companies, but I received different quotes, and many of the prices were much higher than I expected. When I contacted Instant Auto Glass, Richard was extremely helpful and professional. He gave me a clear, upfront price with no surprises and was able to come directly to my business to complete the installation. Richard installed a brand-new front windshield on our Ford Transit/F-250, and I was honestly impressed by how fast, convenient, and smooth the entire process was. He arrived prepared, completed the job efficiently, and made everything easy from start to finish. The customer service, pricing, and quality of work were excellent. I highly recommend Instant Auto Glass to anyone who needs fast and reliable auto glass service. Save yourself the trouble of calling around--give Richard a call. You won't be disappointed!

I appreciated how upfront he was about the process and costs. After reaching out to multiple service providers, Richard stood out for his professionalism and competitive pricing. Our technician Jimmy was kind and professional. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing and patiently answered all my questions. The service was quick and he cleaned out most of the glass that had fallen into the cracks (it's nearly impossible to get every single piece). I'll definitely contact Instant Auto Glass again if I ever need window repairs in the future!

I bought a brand-new Entegra ARC campervan a month ago from La Mesa Fremont CA. 3 days later (on…read moreJune 1st, 2026), that Fremont location was officially closed. No wonder that during the orientation/walk through, I was told that I needed to go to La Mesa at Davis CA for any warranty services. It is 130 miles away from my home. Right during the very first campervan wash after my first RV trip, I found windshield water leaking/dripping from the passenger side when I sprayed water against the windshield. Instead of seeking for the warranty service, I decided to fix it at my own cost. That's why I selected Hong's auto glass shop based on its Yelp reviews. This morning I drove my new campervan to the auto glass shop as scheduled. Hong handled my case. He managed to find a very special angle in the passenger seat (see the attached photo) and pointed his flashlight for his inspection. Shortly he told me where the water leak point was and what the root cause was. The subsequent process to fix the water leak exhibited Hong's professionalism and impressed me. Late this afternoon, I washed my campervan's windshield for the 2nd time, which proved that the windshield water leak has been completely fixed, even after I applied more than doubled water volume, compared to the first time. A big THANKS to Hong who fixed not just my campervan's windshield water leak but also my first headache with my first campervan.

A problem with the driver's-side mirror on my car had turned into an exhausting ordeal. After consulting multiple shops and receiving staggering estimates, I even visited a dealership that told me I needed an entirely new door, a proposed repair costing thousands of dollars. I was preparing for an expensive, time-consuming process and expected to be without my car for at least a week. Then I met John and Rogelio. Less than 30 minutes later, the problem was solved. Beautifully. What others had made seem overwhelmingly complicated, John and Rogelio approached with remarkable confidence, precision, and expertise. The finished repair was flawless, and their attention to detail exceeded anything I've experienced at other body shops. But here's what left the greatest impression: they never made a complicated situation more complicated than it needed to be. Their fairness and generosity were extraordinary, but their character was equally remarkable. John listened patiently, treated me with genuine warmth and respect, and made me feel more like family than a customer. He told me he could help, and he kept his word. There's a profound difference between a business that knows how to repair a vehicle and one that knows how to earn someone's trust. South County Collision Center does both exceptionally well. John and Rogelio didn't just demonstrate mastery of their craft. They demonstrated the kind of integrity that makes you grateful you found them. If you're considering an auto body repair in Morgan Hill or the surrounding Bay Area, do yourself a favor and let South County Collision Center assess it first before making the mistake I did. I only wish I had found them sooner. Exceptional workmanship may bring a customer through the door, but integrity, kindness, and the confidence of knowing you're in capable hands are what earn a customer for life. John and Rogelio have earned exactly that.

Instead of being bothered by me rescheduling, they went ahead and scheduled me a rental car, called my insurance, and set me up with a ride to Enterprise. I received updates and were flexible enough with my pickup due to me having something scheduled around the period they were going to be done. The level of care they provide to their customers is great. You can tell they care about the customer rather than making money and screwing you over. Hope I don't put myself in this situation again but if I am, I would definitely go back to South County Collision Center. Big shoutout to John and Rogelio!
