Austin was AMAZING. He responded to my request for a windshield repair the same day, arrived right when he said he would the next day, and had the job done in under 30 minutes. The value was EXCELLENT. Besides coming right to me, the rate was VERY reasonable. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend Afiniti Auto Glass to anyone in the area. read more

I called Austin worried about a crack in the windshield of my Taycan getting worse and being an issue because I had to use my car for the next several days. He assured me the crack was not as big of a deal as it looked, and not to worry. Which is a totally solid answer. But Austin, he went further than that and gave me the technical explanation of why it wasn't a big deal. It was amazing. It's one thing to be relieved knowing it isn't a big deal. It's another thing entirely to completely understand why and not think twice about it. His rates are extremely reasonable, and Afiniti Auto Glass is the only place I'll be getting glass for my cars going forward. read more

Austin was able to schedule us in very quickly. This is a mobile service, so he came to our home. He was also able to fit in a repair for our other car, since he had availability. Austin is knowledgeable and took the time to explain how he was going to repair the glass. We appreciate how he was honest about what he could realistically repair (i.e. repair it from spreading, but you'll still see something in the glass). The best thing was if he wasn't able to repair the glass, the money we paid towards the repair would be credited towards window replacement. I would highly recommend this vendor! read more

Shout out to Austin at Affinity Auto Glass. I reached out on Yelp over the weekend and he answered all my questions right then and there. My schedule is a mess and I can only do weekends, but he was so cool about accommodating me. I went with the OEM winshield and he even texted me the second he picked it up to keep me in the loop. I rarely leave reviews. Afiniti Auto Glass has exceeded my expectations and, hence, the review! While feeding my son in the car under a pine tree, we were assaulted by a stone pinecone which cracked the windshield, severely! Austin was not only prompt with reaching out with a quote, he was able to fit us in right away! Not even 24 hours later, I now have a new windshield. Hurray! =) read more

I had Austin out last week to replace my cracked windshield. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and offered a competitive price. He was able to come out to my place of work which was great. After installation he noted that the windshield had a slight defect and let me know that with my last windshield replacement that was done (with a different company) there were a couple of problems but he fixed those too. Since the defect in the windshield was noted after installation he let me know that he would come back out to replace it free of charge. He came today with that replacement. I would absolutely recommend Afiniti Auto Glass for your repair and replacement needs. read more

If you live in Hollister and have a crack windshield, Austin is your guy. He was really fast in replying back for a quote (his price is very fair). So we set up an appointment for him to swing by on a Saturday morning. After he was done, I couldn't find any traces of the crack on the windshield. Even sitting inside the car and looking out, the cracked magically disappeared. Also my windshield is tinted and he was still able to fix it. In the future if I ever chip or crack my windshield, Austin will have my business again. read more

Austin had an incredibly fast response time when I inquired about a windshield replacement. He had next day availability, and was great communicating about his ETA to provide the service at our home. I'd like to thank Austin at Afiniti Auto Glass for providing us with professional service at reasonable pricing. Having gone to several glass repair companies in the past I have experienced a lot of good and bad services. Afiniti has got to be the best experience I've had by far. Accommodation and friendliness alone go a long way in this business yet many lack those traits. Austin is very informative and accommodates to your schedule. I normally don't do yelp reviews but this company definitely deserves one. Thanks again Afiniti Auto Glass read more

Team was on time and friendly, worked very quickly and car looks brand new. Will use again

My windshield had a rock or bb hit it and shattered a portion of my windshield while driving across the Golden Gate Bridge. I needed to replace my windshield quickly and Austin not only replaced it in two days, he told me the windshield was not the original and the last installation had too much rubber sealant. He told me the job would take 40 minutes but he took a lot longer because the installation of the previous windshield was so bad that he stayed late to ensure the job was done right and never charged me extra. I highly recommend Austin as he is very professional and does great work!!! read more

Nailed by a rock resulting in a quarter-sized starburst on our SUV. Knew from experience to get it fixed before it expanded into needing a new wind$hield. After some research I chose locally-owned small-business Afiniti to do the mobile job. Austin came out the same day of our call during Memorial Day weekend. He is well-trained by a nation-wide outfit, experienced, has state-of-the-art equipment and is committed to uncompromised quality workmanship. Careful to explain the process (while inviting you to watch) Austin is an encyclopedia of the auto glass world. Also, one can get a good sense of any craftsman by observing the way he treats his vehicle and tools - Austin has great respect not only for his stuff, but yours, too. Not something you see every day. Anyway, the starburst amazingly disappeared and unless you already knew where it was, you won't find the original location. Austin's local business offers legit competitive pricing, a great warranty and responds quickly. Simply call him direct or use his website. Don't waste your time with anyone else and you'll not be disappointed. Take it from an old fart that's been around the block many times. read more

The best price, quality, and customer support! Austin responded to my request via yelp super fast on a Sunday and gave me an appointment the next day. He came to me to fix my broken passenger window and clean up all the debris. The entire process was very hassle free and comforting after my car was broken into. I did a lot of price comparison and Afiniti offers the best price by a wide margin. I also liked the fact that I was in direct communication with the one who fixes my car window instead of a receptionist. Highly recommend! read more
