I needed to see a Podiatrist for a problem that my primary care physician couldn't resolve. My one toe on my left foot needed help. I made an appointment online. The process was super quick and easy. I was able to upload my insurance card and fill out forms ahead of time. When I arrived and checked in with the front desk. They were able to check me in very fast. Everyone in the office was super nice. I liked the doctor and her assistant. I explained my situation and she was able to help. The procedure was quick and painless. My toe feels so much better now. They provided instructions for my after care treatment. I was impressed with the results and quality of care: The office is very nice and clean. It's close to my home so that's a plus. Dr. Singh recommended lapaplasty to correct my worsening bunions (both feet). She performed both sugeries at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen, and I was very comfortable at that facility. I'm very pleased with Dr. Singh and her staff (Dana, Kristin and Mingeet). The staff handled insurance paperwork and my follow-up visits without any issues. Dr. Singh was very nice at my appointment but the staff could have been better. The nurse was so shy she could barely even speak to me and didn't hardly respond when I tried to make pleasant conversation. I felt like a nuisance. She also decided to guess what I was there for by looking at my feet rather than reading what I wrote on the intake form... awkward. At check out they only provided me a recipt for payment, no discharge info or itemized charges. I asked for an itemized list since I'd be submitting to insurance myself. They responded to just call them another time if I needed more information. I clearly wanted to get everything I needed then, but they couldn't be bothered. Although they took xrays of my feet (before I ever even got to speak to the doctor) there was no overall discussion of the mechanics of my feet other than that nothing was broken. I barley had pain at all so it seems like a waste to take the photos just for that conclusion. read more

Dr. Neha Singh solved my issue. I'd ignored a toenail fungus (I'm typical 60's+ male) I'd waited until it was becoming painful and I needed to take action. I reached out via website & was able to secure office appointment the following day. Dr Singh & her professional Nurse assistant immediately diagnosed my problem, numbed my toe and painlessly removed infected nail & prescribed antibiotic and antifungal salve treatment. I am not at all happy with the treatments I received here. My plantar fasciitis is still very painful after 2 shots of cortisone and wearing 2 different "boots" for many months. In fact the 2nd shot ended up putting a hole in my foot and I had to stay off of it at Christmas time. My insurance company is still paying them and I'm still unable to walk properly. Plantar Fasciitis is no joke! It hurts tremendously and curtails your entire life. They are very nice people, but did not help me nor have they called to check as to why I wasn't coming to see them or to seehow I was doing. Update: August 20, 2019. My pain became so intense I flew to Chicago to Northwestern Memorial Hospital and saw the head of orthopedic surgery. He immediately ordered me an MRI of both feet. Turns out I have torn paroneal tendons in each foot and had been incorrectly diagnosed and treated by this doctor. I have arthritis in my big toe that she said was a bunion. I do have plantar fasciitis in right foot but not in left. The Dr. says I must have 10 weeks of physical therapy and if it does not work I need surgery! He said because she misdiagnosed me for so long that the tendons may not knit back together. So the shots, numerous boots and the hopeless orthotics she made me were unnecessary. The shoes she had me buy, the pain I endured sometimes crawling into my kitchen being unable to stand all due to her. It is appalling she has done this when all she had to do was order an MRI. The Dr in Chicago took the orthotics she made me and threw them in the garbage! I was so angry I'd been scammed by her. I keep getting a bill for 56$ from their office! She begged me to give her another chance so I went (months ago). She plain told me that my bad review of her would hurt her practice so she asked for another chance. My insurance company has paid or is in the process of paying her over 1000$ for all the visits, shits, boots, an X-ray etc. the first orthotic they made me I wore for a few weeks and went back to tell her it hurt really bad, she said her assistant made it wrong! Then she made another and that's the one the dr in Chicago could not believe and threw away. She can pay the 56$ herself as she has caused me almost a solid 9 months of agony and possible upcoming surgery on both feet. Be very wary of this doctor. read more

Dr. Neha Singh is absolutely amazing! I visited this office due to a Tailor's bunion on my left foot. When I saw the doctor she had absolutely fantastic bedside manner and spent ample amount of time with me explaining the foot deformity and what the possible solutions to correction might be. We ultimately decided to move forward with surgery but when that day came I had complications with the IV and got very nervous about proceeding as I had never been under the knife before. Dr. SINGH was so understanding and advised that we could do the surgery at any time since it was elective and that I did not need to worry about moving forward with the surgery today. I would highly recommend anyone with foot problems visit doctor Singh. She is a wonderful doctor who will be honest with you about your diagnosis and work with you to find the best solution to your problem. In addition I'd like to give a shout out to Peggy the office manager. She is one of the most pleasant people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I was refeered to these people by the VA-tri west care or foot-ankle problems,,confirmed by letter that the appt was made w the time day to be there,,When i arrived I was told by the office types my appt was"cancelled by the VA etc" and I should have been notified,,I was not and left calling the Govt agence,,they told me the problem was with the Foot doctors,,I went back to them again with the same run around,,they they added a "problem with the Govt care etc" By phone I spoke to the Va health and they called to speak to allen doctors as I listened,,they then said they have a "software problem with vet care etc" Why they do not correct it wasnt said,,It was obvious these people DO NOT DO VETERANS HEALTH IN ANY WAY,,The govt noted that and I am seeking help elsewhere,,,HAPPY VETERANS DAY IN A FEW,,We just love our veterans dont we,,?? read more

This was my first time having to go to a foot doctor I didn't even know what a podiatrist was until today. I chose Dr. Singh due to all the 5 star yelp reviews and I'm so happy I did. I bartend so I had a lot of pain in my left foot and was very confused about what they may even do at a foot doctors office. She was so kind and walked me through everything and could tell I was nervous and assured me everything would be okay. I had injured both big toes and there was blood under the toenail. Not painful but very unattractive. My regular doctor referred me to Dr. Singh. She carefully explained the options to me and made sure I was comfortable with my choice, which was to remove both toenails. I told her that I did not want her to explain what she was doing during the procedure. Instead she just made conversation with me, keeping my mind off what was happening.
