They were able to check me in very fast. Everyone in the office was super nice. I liked the doctor and her assistant. I explained my situation and she was able to help. The procedure was quick and painless. My toe feels so much better now. They provided instructions for my after care treatment. I was impressed with the results and quality of care: The office is very nice and clean. It's close to my home so that's a plus. The location was great and perfect for me. I worked with her for nearly four months as my knee recovered and I was able to rebuild the strength needed to walk correctly. In short, I could not be happier with Averi and TS&R. Averi was able to articulate what was going on with my knee, my hip and my ankle. She prescribed me some exercises, answered my questions, and physically worked my leg with her hands until everything was in the right place and working properly. Besides her knowledge and experience, Averi was a pleasure to talk to, and was patient and understanding with me throughout the process. She never pressed me to work harder or lose weight. She did make suggestions for walking on crutches effectively and what exercises to do at the gym. I cannot recommend Averi and her team enough for anyone in need to physical therapy. Her waiting room feels intentionally designed to help lower anxiety, and the office environment is incredibly comforting. As a cancer survivor with a heart valve replacement, my medical history is complex. Dr. Coke was upfront, comforting, and let me know exactly where I stood. She has a rare ability to communicate with an anxious patient without making the anxiety worse. She honestly advised me that she believes my case requires hospital-level medical coordination, and explained that she no longer performs procedures requiring that level of hospital integration. Unlike another local oral surgeon who completely ghosted me and left me in limbo, her honesty was a breath of fresh air. When I needed my records sent last-minute for an upcoming appointment with a hospital surgeon, her staff was incredibly happy to help. His explanation benefit showed that he should have been billed $401.80 After complaining to my insurance, they refunded $4000 dollars and kept $700 additional dollar. check your explanation of benefit always. You might be overcharged
