At my last appointment with Dr. Perry, I was only seen for 5-10 minutes after driving for 2.5 hours to make it to the appointment. He left the room while I was still asking questions, and he walked to another room to see a patient next door. I asked the front desk if I could still speak with him in person, and they said he would call me after his appointments for the day. I never received a call, and I have been trying to make a follow up appointment for months to discuss my medical needs and concerns.

The procedure was quick and painless. My toe feels so much better now. They provided instructions for my after care treatment. I was impressed with the results and quality of care: The office is very nice and clean. It's close to my home so that's a plus. The location was great and perfect for me. I really liked the cool lighting fixtures. My experience was excellent and I highly recommend Dr. Neha Singh. She was very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Miller has a very easy going and gentle personality..., which is intangibly important to me and my wife! My initial reason for seeing him was due to my left shoulder causing me pain. Ironically, I had a skiing accident that resulted in a tear of my MCL just prior to seeing Dr. Miller initially. After an MRI, he treated the MCL tear and shoulder pain with PT initially and didn't rush me into making a surgical decision. In addition, he gave me a cortisone shot for the shoulder which released the pain. The MCL healed nicely without any further procedure being required; however after 6 months the shoulder did get worse due to a separate but freak accident, so we decided that surgery was the only option that would relieve the pain permanently. This was the best decision, because the arthroscopic procedure revealed a massive tear of the supraspinatus which required 6 anchors instead of the normal 4 to reattach it properly. The entire experience has been outstanding and thankfully, the pain has been minimal. You can probably tell I really think the world of Dr. Miller and would recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care mostly because of his extensive experience and thorough approach.

I finally got to the point where I was ready to set a date for the surgery. I had a face lift and a chin implant and I could not be more pleased with the results. Dr. Pollock is such a professional and his staff is amazing! Once you set a date, they put everything in place for you. They made the payment process and instructions very easy for me. The day of the surgery, Dr. Pollock met me at the surgery center to go over the final game plan. It was a smooth process once I got there and all went very well. This is a major surgery, so recovering takes time and work. It takes a lot of time for the swelling to go down and the feeling to return to my face and cheeks. Earlier this year I saw Dr. Michael Adams at Total Orthopedics Sports & Spine in Allen, TX, for a…read moreleft ankle injury. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the start, Dr. Adams did not show much patience or empathy. He looked at the wrong x-ray twice (from a previous injury), never examined or touched my foot during either appointment, and dismissed the severity of my pain and bruising. I was specifically told not to put weight on my ankle for three weeks, but at the follow-up he ridiculed me for still being on crutches, leaving me feeling belittled and confused. Because my pain continued, I sought a second opinion with Dr. Joseph Vineyard at the Carrell Clinic. He performed a thorough exam, ordered proper imaging, and found additional injuries -- including a Lisfranc injury and another fracture -- that explained my pain and required physical therapy. Without that second opinion, I likely would have had lasting complications. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Adams. If you feel your pain is being dismissed, I strongly encourage getting a second opinion.
