I felt similarly about my experience as one might when restaurant drive-thru operators skip the formalities, but one's order is correct and conveyed without delay. It's an adequate resource if you have a need and would prefer not to drive some distance to another LabCorp.

Once I gave her the order she said that she couldn't put the order in because I had a past due balance from 2024. I was very confused because I had not been to any LabCorp location since 2019. So I told her that that wasn't possible. The worker told me that she "didn't know what to tell me" but that I had to pay the past due balance before she could put my new order in. I was like whatever and paid the bill (because it was $8) and she gave me a receipt while she input the new order. I look at the receipt she handed me and saw it was for someone with my name, but in a city and state I have never lived in. So I told the worker "this isn't me, I have never lived here." And the worker responded "well it's your name." Like I am the only person with my name in the entire universe. There's a reason you're supposed to check other identifying information with patients. She then proceeded to tell me that someone "probably stole my identity" and that it's "not her problem." She then proceeded to tell me to "calm down" and "stop getting hostile" after I asked her to confirm that my payment for my visit for today was actually going to me instead of someone else like the last payment. Because I'm obviously not allowed to be upset. She then began yelling at me that she couldn't have known since it was the same name (because again there was surely no other way she could have confirmed it was for the right person because there's only one person with my name in the entire world apparently). So instead of taking accountability for her mistake and attempting to rectify the situation, or at the very least APOLOGIZING, she accused me of being hostile and yelling. She left and went to another urgent care close by. She fell in the bathroom, hit her head and wounded her wrist. She is now at Mercy West in the hospital. UNBELIEVABLE! MUCINEX makes my blood pressure go up so it was recommended to take zrytec daily along with the Flonase. She did do a COVID test which was negative . I suppose to feel she did something. I won't make the mistake of trying The Little Clinic again.

Both were helping other other people. I could hear them laughing with what turned out to be two elderly people. When it was our turn, they were equally jovial with us, as well as our young daughter. My veins are hard to draw blood from. Valerie was the phlebotomist helping me. She took great care in finding a good vein, and was able to collect on the first try. The waiting room is a standard room composed of chairs, magazines, and a water cooler.

Had to take my vehicle to the dealer and be charged AGAIN for what URBs was suppose to have fixed. Everyday I had more and more oil leaking from my car and had to add oil so I would not blow my motor. Went back and showed them the receipt from the dealer and work completed that they were supposed to have completed. Request a refund and was told the GM would contact me. Well I'm still waiting for the call! I will never go back and I will not refer or recommend anyone to use them. They just took my money and gave simple reason why I still had an oil leak.
