I literally witnessed a phlebotomist call a patient by first name only, well there were 2 people by…read morethe same first name. He got the patients mixed up and thankfully the man questioned why they were asking for urine. After getting the correct man, he didn't have a birthday on his paperwork to correctly identify him. The phlebotomist told the receptionist and she said "I know." Then they all start laughing. A female phlebotomists came out to look around and seen a lady in a security guard uniform, older lady, and the phlebotomist went back and started gossiping about this woman. Even said, "I'm going to hell for this!" The quality of care is horrible. The only reason it got 2 stars is because the waiting area was nice and clean.

Had an awful experience here. The worker didn't know how to look up the order that my provider sent…read moreover so I had to pull it myself. Once I gave her the order she said that she couldn't put the order in because I had a past due balance from 2024. I was very confused because I had not been to any LabCorp location since 2019. So I told her that that wasn't possible. The worker told me that she "didn't know what to tell me" but that I had to pay the past due balance before she could put my new order in. I was like whatever and paid the bill (because it was $8) and she gave me a receipt while she input the new order. I look at the receipt she handed me and saw it was for someone with my name, but in a city and state I have never lived in. So I told the worker "this isn't me, I have never lived here." And the worker responded "well it's your name." Like I am the only person with my name in the entire universe. There's a reason you're supposed to check other identifying information with patients. She then proceeded to tell me that someone "probably stole my identity" and that it's "not her problem." She then proceeded to tell me to "calm down" and "stop getting hostile" after I asked her to confirm that my payment for my visit for today was actually going to me instead of someone else like the last payment. Because I'm obviously not allowed to be upset. She then began yelling at me that she couldn't have known since it was the same name (because again there was surely no other way she could have confirmed it was for the right person because there's only one person with my name in the entire world apparently). So instead of taking accountability for her mistake and attempting to rectify the situation, or at the very least APOLOGIZING, she accused me of being hostile and yelling. Everyone, take your business ANYWHERE else.

My Aunt came to this Clinic today . She is 93 years old. All she needed was a 0rder for an…read moreantibiotic for dental work she will be having in a few days. She waited 3 hours and did not get in. She left and went to another urgent care close by. She fell in the bathroom, hit her head and wounded her wrist. She is now at Mercy West in the hospital. UNBELIEVABLE! Never go to this clinic for anything if you want to live! wHAT A DISGRACE ! In competent DrS. doing their best I guess! WOW!!!!!!!

I know it will not go away without antibiotics (have had them spring and fall for 65 + years) . Told me take MUCINEX and do Flonase. Duh. MUCINEX makes my blood pressure go up so it was recommended to take zrytec daily along with the Flonase. She did do a COVID test which was negative . I suppose to feel she did something. I won't make the mistake of trying The Little Clinic again.
