There's an electronic check-in kiosk that includes an ID scanner, and then my driver license was needed a second time, along with the appointment confirmation email. The staff member who assisted me was quite brusque in issuing directions. I was out in a matter of minutes. I felt similarly about my experience as one might when restaurant drive-thru operators skip the formalities, but one's order is correct and conveyed without delay. Had an awful experience here. The worker didn't know how to look up the order that my provider sent over so I had to pull it myself. Once I gave her the order she said that she couldn't put the order in because I had a past due balance from 2024. I was very confused because I had not been to any LabCorp location since 2019. So I told her that that wasn't possible. The worker told me that she "didn't know what to tell me" but that I had to pay the past due balance before she could put my new order in. I was like whatever and paid the bill (because it was $8) and she gave me a receipt while she input the new order. I look at the receipt she handed me and saw it was for someone with my name, but in a city and state I have never lived in. So I told the worker "this isn't me, I have never lived here." And the worker responded "well it's your name." Like I am the only person with my name in the entire universe. There's a reason you're supposed to check other identifying information with patients. She then proceeded to tell me that someone "probably stole my identity" and that it's "not her problem." She then proceeded to tell me to "calm down" and "stop getting hostile" after I asked her to confirm that my payment for my visit for today was actually going to me instead of someone else like the last payment. Because I'm obviously not allowed to be upset. She then began yelling at me that she couldn't have known since it was the same name (because again there was surely no other way she could have confirmed it was for the right person because there's only one person with my name in the entire world apparently). So instead of taking accountability for her mistake and attempting to rectify the situation, or at the very least APOLOGIZING, she accused me of being hostile and yelling. I literally witnessed a phlebotomist call a patient by first name only, well there were 2 people by the same first name. He got the patients mixed up and thankfully the man questioned why they were asking for urine. After getting the correct man, he didn't have a birthday on his paperwork to correctly identify him. The phlebotomist told the receptionist and she said "I know." Then they all start laughing. A female phlebotomists came out to look around and seen a lady in a security guard uniform, older lady, and the phlebotomist went back and started gossiping about this woman. Even said, "I'm going to hell for this!" The quality of care is horrible. The only reason it got 2 stars is because the waiting area was nice and clean. read more

Called 4 times and left a voicemail to ask questions before making an appt in case they couldn't help me with what I wanted to do. Made an appt for the next day, showed up, turns out I was correct, they were not the best place for me to be at. I could've saved a trip there and back and 30 mins in the waiting room if they would've answered the phone or called me back. read more

It's kinda weird but hey. You walk in and the receptionist doesn't explain anything or greet you. You have to check in as kiosk and there is no sign saying you should need to. So of course you approach the window and she tells you with Attitude. I said good morning and she was like sign in at the kiosk. But she was rude with the lady I'm front of me also. The woman who actually did my screen was so friendly and bubbly I didn't catch her name. I got a new job and had to go through them so I probably won't have to come back. Needs renovations inside as well. read more

Wife had to have some testing done where you get a test kit and then get a sample and bring it it. I brought it in today and holy moly. First, there were 8 people in a tiny space and no room to distance at all. Asked if I could drop off the sample and the person behind the counter told me to sign in. After signing in and having to scan my license and insurance card and no where to note this was for my wife and not me I asked again and told curtly that I would have to wait. I let them know the sample had a shelf life and couldn't be left out and the attendant said she didn't even know what the sample was and asked me to wait. Several more people came in and several backed out because of how crowded it was. I finally let the woman know the sample for testing needed to be refrigerated so she took it from me. After waiting a bit I let her know I would wait in the car and she said "you're done, you can leave". Tried to confirm that it was my wife's samples and again was told I could leave. Not a positive experience from beginning to end. read more

Obviously this is a 1-2 star LabCorp . I called them to let them know I Was 4 minutes away ,and I really need to use the bsth the woman who answered ,Barbara told me for all she knows 50 people Which I really didn't think I really need to use the bathroom. I rushed there and upon arrival they walked extremely slowly to the front. Asked me a few questions I showed her the lab Corps sheet I had she never looked at it and said use this paper I asked her questions again which number do you want me to use she said read it. Then they left with each other and when they turn to the customers they had a straight face, not really sure what that was about. They did get the job done on their own time but they're not too interested in their customers. read more

I have never begun a review this way and hope to not do it again. I will never return to this place! If you want to hear the story keep reading. I was doing a drug screening for some extra contract work. After calling a number for a nearby lab location I chose this one as it sounded both close by and on the way to work. On the day I went here I had a bad headache and my google directions failed me telling me to drive 20 minutes away from here. So I called Labcorp from the Speedway just up the street. No one answered and there was a message referring me to their website. I called again and got the same message. Frustrated I drove down the road looking for it. Just when I was about to give up I saw a sign for a doctors office which let me see the sign for Labcorp on a small ranch house. Upon entering I saw 2 employees on the other side of the customer service window. I told them how no one answered their phone twice. I got an immediate loud response from the employee with her feet up in the air. She said the phone did not ring! I clarified that the calls were just several minutes ago receiving the same loud quick reply. The other female associate seemed to think she knew why I was there so I told her my reason. She asked for my id (drivers license) and it was not given back to me until I left. In retrospect this seemed very odd. During the whole visit she did not explain anything about the process and what I was asked to do were more directives than friendly requests. To be honest I thought it was a blood draw not a urine sample and no reason was given for washing my hands & not flushing the toilet and or running the water in the bathroom sink. The associate walked into the bathroom with me before leaving me alone to fill the cup. This felt very awkward! There was no explanation about the lab results (when and where they are sent). I apologized twice for not being my usual friendly self when I entered due to my headache & frustration. Upon leaving I drove to work. Now I've done many pre screened urine tests and know that the women are to be given a bigger cup. End results was that there was a mess in the end and no remorse from the lady.
