The not…read moreso good stuff, the initial estimate was $6500 and then that went up to $8000 and then finally came in at $9000 even though they did less work than the original estimate called for (didn't have to tear up another room). A certain line item got added to the final invoice for $500 that was not reflected on the initial invoice or communicated that it could become a cost. After multiple emails and jumping on a call they were unwilling to see that there estimate was way off and wouldn't reconcile the $500 line item or the lack of transparency from their initial estimate. They also damaged the trim work when removing it and then didn't admit to it. Only after being pushed (after initially denying it) did they admit they had damaged some. Use with caution.
