My mother underwent a knee replacement and required long-term assistance after returning home…read more Kaiser referred her to Care Partners for in-home care during her recovery. Over the course of several weeks, I worked closely with Lina while arranging the additional support my mother needed following her surgery, which had been significantly delayed due to the Kaiser strike. Throughout the process, Lina was professional, compassionate, kind, and extremely helpful. There were several frustrating moments related to scheduling issues, many of which I expressed to Kaiser. Lina was always honest and transparent, explaining that all of their Spanish-speaking caregivers were currently assigned to other clients. Even so, she consistently took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and help explore possible solutions. Lina maintained regular communication to ensure my mother received the specific care she needed when she needed it. While there were some scheduling challenges along the way, Lina remained proactive, attentive, and supportive, helping us navigate each obstacle. She also worked closely with her scheduling team to make sure my mother's care needs were met. I am grateful for Lina's dedication and commitment throughout this process. Thank you, Lina, and thank you to Care Partners for the care and support provided to my mother during her recovery. Enrique M.

My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. They have a consistent pattern of…read morenot returning phone calls. Even when the receptionist says someone will return your call, it often never happens. Communication is one of the most important parts of providing care, and this agency has repeatedly failed in that area. Most recently on 08/2026 a caregiver she was scheduled to provide care for my elderly mom but did not show up, and the office did not bother to notify me that she would not be coming. I was left waiting without any communication or explanation. * I contacted the agency and left a message for Val to call me who I was told was a supervisor, asking to return my call to discuss what happened. Unfortunately I never received a response. What makes this even more concerning is that they serve elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and families who are already under tremendous stress and relying on these services for support. They present themselves as compassionate and caring, but that has not been my experience. If you are seeking respite services through this agency, be prepared for poor communication, more stress, more disappointment and difficulty getting the assistance you need.

I was in panic and felt like losing my mind. Fortunately through the social worker, I connected with Rina. Thankfully, that was one of the best moves I made in my life. Things were slowly getting together with Rina and Jorge Zelaya's help through this difficult time. Rina didn't make me feel like just another client; she treated me like I was part of her own family. I'm finally getting around to writing this review…read more Dwight is absolutely amazing!!! In early February we were looking for care for my dad. I called Dwight at 7:30 to leave a message. He actually picked up the phone. He talked with me for about 40 minutes, explaining all the services he offers and how it would look helping my dad (and mom). He knows his stuff! Very compassionate. Knowledgeable. Caring. There are a lot of things to consider when hiring a caregiver. Legalities. Regulations. Matching a caregiver with a client. So much more. Dwight explained it all so clearly. Big one: If you have a long-term healthcare insurance policy, make sure to check the waiting period. My mom hadn't looked at the policy in years, and sure enough there was a waiting period. His advice on activating it was on point. He met with my mom and I within a week of first talking on the phone. He re-explained to my mom all the services he offers. She was able to use him for only a week....my dad returned to the hospital. And never returned home. Dwight was so supportive. Would not hesitate to call Dwight.
