If I could give Jack 10 stars I would. After visiting over 9 custom stereo shops from NJ, Queens and Long Island, I trusted my gut instincts and went with Allboro even though I had friends who were steering me to shops who had done work for them. I'm a difficult client because I expect the absolute best, never trust anyone, always get advice from multiple sources and expect a good value. Jack is a total pro: he consults you and you never feel like he's selling you. He's very patient, very knowlegeable, highly creative and talented. His pricing is very reasonable as I'm certain I got a great value compared to what other quality shops were quoting me. Jack has a customer for life with me and I often recommend him to everyone for any type of car audio work. He's a man of his word and exceeded my expectations which is almost impossible to do.

Jack will be the first to tell you that "there is someone out there that will do cheaper." The truth is though that I've compared prices and Allboro Custom is both super reasonable in price and does an amazing job. Here's my anecdote, I bought a '02 BMW convertible for the summer. Obviously given the age of the vehicle I needed a new head unit with more up-to date technology. From the very beginning Jack was patient in explaining the process and different options available. He quoted me a price which was super cheap and all inclusive (head unit with CarPlay/AirPlay, steering wheel controls, backup camera, and a super clean USB port). I left the car overnight and came back to a beautifully done job and a bill that was $70 cheaper than quoted. I can't wait to work with him in the near future to upgrade my speakers and subwoofer.

Jack is probably the most talented guy in this field. I gave him my 1987 Buick Grand National a budget and said do what ever you think is the best. He BLEW ME AWAY!! Unbelievable just Unbelievable. I found his shop through yelp and that is why I need to share my 5 Star experience I'll let the pictures tell the rest of the story!

No problems whatsoever putting in a brand new system in my 16 year old car.

I couldn't be happier with the work Patrick and the team at PNA did on my 2025 Toyota RAV4…read more From the beginning, Patrick took the time to explain every step of the installation and made recommendations based on sound quality instead of simply trying to sell me more equipment. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. The soundstage is wide, the vocals are perfectly centered, the bass is tight and controlled, and every instrument is incredibly clear. The music is balanced, detailed, and enjoyable at any volume. Before the tuning I liked my system, but after Patrick finished, it became a completely different experience. I would rate the sound quality a 9.5 out of 10, and it now has the refined, premium sound I was hoping to achieve. If you're looking for a shop that truly understands car audio, DSP tuning, and high-quality installations, I highly recommend PNA. Patrick's knowledge, craftsmanship, and passion for great sound really show in his work. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Couldn't recommend PNA more. (I hadn't purchased the new equipment from them). I was prepared to take some sh*t for failing, but instead the guys at PNA gave me credit for giving it a try and then proceeded to troubleshoot and reinstall the system right away. ( the car was ready before I was off work). The install was perfect, they took the time to sit in the car with me to make sure every was as I hoped, and the whole thing cost way less than I was expecting. If you need any audio ( or other ) work done go strait to PNA AutoSport!

He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the installation in under 1.5 hours. What impressed me most was his professionalism, attention to detail, and cleanliness. I was in the middle of a work meeting, and by the time I finished, the installation was already complete, and everything was put back together perfectly. The mobile service is a game-changer--no waiting at a shop, no wasted time, and no hassle. If you're considering a screen upgrade or electronics installation, I highly recommend Daury. As I live in an apartment building with no free parking available, Daury met me at a nearby Stop & Shop parking lot and parked his 'Splicemobile' alongside my wife's Mazda CX30. The job was installing a 12v outlet so that my wife can blow up her inflatable paddle boards, and within an hour, the job was done. Daury arrived on time looking sharp in his 'Splice' branded polo shirt, put protective covers on the car seats (much appreciated), and did his magic. He was congenial, all smiles, knew exactly what he was doing, communicated his arrival time, and most importantly, he was professional. I will definitely use him for my next install. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was a masterclass in disorganization,…read moreindifference, and wasted time. I called a week in advance and told them I'd be coming in Monday morning to get sound deadening installed in the front doors and wheel wells of my station wagon. I even told them I already had the materials. They said "come in at 9." Simple enough. I took time off work and drove from midtown Manhattan all the way to their shop near Fordham University. I arrived at 9am -- their posted opening time -- only to watch the staff stroll in around 9:20. Then I had to wait while they dealt with a customer whose Bluetooth they'd installed incorrectly. When I finally spoke to the manager, I showed him the parts, explained the job, got a quote, and headed back to my office -- another $60 cab ride -- trusting they'd do what they said they could do. Ninety minutes later, they called to say they couldn't remove my tires because they were "on too tight." They didn't have the proper power tool to remove them. A mobile audio shop that can't remove wheels for a job they agreed to do. I asked if they could find a tool somewhere. They couldn't. I asked if they could at least do the front doors -- the part that didn't require touching the wheels. They said no, because they "already had other cars" and mine was now sitting in the street. So I took another $60 Uber back to pick up my untouched car. $120 in transportation, half a day of work lost, and absolutely nothing to show for it. They didn't even bother to do the portion of the job they could have done. I'm sure they have a couple of things they do well, but the devil‑may‑care attitude, the lack of basic tools, and the complete disregard for my time means I won't be returning. If you value professionalism, reliability, or even the slightest respect for your schedule, look elsewhere.

Took my car to this shop, agreed to have four speakers with amp installed…read more It was pass the time it was supposed to be done so I called and was told it'd be ready in 20 minutes then was called back and said it'll be ready in about an hour and a half his tech wasn't finished and he had to look for parts Once I got to the shop, there was a fire a few blocks away, although you couldn't see where, you could smell the smoke so then the guy use the smell of the smoke as to why it was taking longer. This is two different reasons he's giving me Once I received the car he says... It's louder right? I say... Yes it's definitely louder. (that doesn't necessarily mean that it sounds good). He says if there are any issues/problems to come back there's a warranty I leave almost immediately because I had other things to attend to. At the very next light I navigated to my EQ and noticed all of my sliders were raised about 80% it wasn't a uniform/straight across but there also was no tuning method of any kind applied either. The very next morning I noticed a pretty audible hiss coming from the back right speaker I already planned on stopping by to ask about the eq sliders being raised in that fashion but now I made sure I went there in the am when they opened. I arrived and let them know the issue. At this point the original sales guy I was dealing with the day before wasn't at the store yet also the hiss from my back speakers is more like a buzzing sound now. The tech that worked on my car was there and also was the one who initially worked on the car this day. He ended up signaling that he was done and the guy at the register told me to check it out. Once I checked I noticed the buzzing was still there (no difference at all). No real action was taken until the original guy I was dealing with the day before arrived. At this point a different tech is tending to the car. He finishes and tells me to check it out. Once I check it out I noticed the pretty audible hiss is back but now it's in the front passenger side speaker. The tech goes back in comes back out and says... Drive around the block and see if you still hear it. So that's what I did. Guess what? The hiss is completely gone but the audio sounds really weird and has virtually no bass at all. So I let the tech know and he began adjusting the levels on the amp. This is where things go from bad to worse. The tech was not getting the levels right and the original sales guy I was dealing with also began adjusting the levels and it just wasn't sounding good at all. At this point it's approaching 1:30pm and I've been there since opening at 10am. I leave, return an hour later and another round of adjustments and tuning commences. To no avail. The guy I was dealing with (amongst other things) kept repeating you had 25 watt factory and I put 100 W in. You had 25 W factory speakers and I putt 100 W speakers in. This is something he kept unnecessarily repeating earlier as well. That's weird, why is he trying to convince me of something that I'm not questioning. I returned the following day (which would be day number three) and let them know they had to fix the tuning to where it's palatable or put factory speakers back. At one point during our back and forth he points to the no refund or exchange sign then almost immediately says that he would refund me, but then charge me for reinstalling the factories. He then refused to further service me and told me that I had to come back Thursday claiming to be too busy until then. I bought it on Thursday came back Friday came back again Saturday and he says I can't come back until the following Thursday. I immediately go to another audio shop. The passenger door was inspected and the first thing pointed out was that there was no cover on the speakers also because it had rained recently the speaker somehow got wet The last but the most important thing is the speakers were 35 W that peak at 100. They're not 100 W the way this guy was repeatedly emphasizing and trying to convince me of... What a surprise!
