The driver made sure I was able to walk safely across 2 lanes of traffic to get my ride. That was beyond what he had to do. When I went to get my belongings from my car (it was totaled), they helped me with advice on what to do next with the insurance companies because I have never been in a car accident before. They talked to us like we were old friends. Reynold's employees are very personable and helpful in all ways. I highly recommend them, hopefully will never have to use them again, but if I ever do need a tow they will be the first people I call. (They were also very upfront with their fees.)

Refused to give me his name, demanded cash to drop my car, and when I asked for some time to find cash, he told me I better "hurry it up." Asked where they are located. He gave me a street name. I said I didn't know where that was and he rudely said "Smyrna, Delaware." Spoke to me like I was stupid. Called their number to speak with the owner, I spoke to dispatch who was very nice at first... and then when I asked for the drivers name, he also refused to give it to me. I asked for his name, he told me. Then I asked if the owners name was Matthew, he said no. It's Luke. Stated I would like to talk with him and asked what their business hours are. The dispatcher then said I could resolve my complaint with him and that I didn't need to contact the owner. I disagreed politely and told Steve I would rather contact the owner at this point. He then went on to say it's by appointment only and I'm not guaranteed to speak with the owner so I could talk to him. I declined. Will be following up for an appointment to speak with Luke. Three days later, the battery died again, and another roadside assistance company stated the battery was empty and that I needed a new one. Because Kelly does not know whether or not a battery is depleted, I was caught a second time with a dead battery. Poor Service ~ CUSTOMERS BEWARE !!!
