We waited another 10 minutes before someone else brought us our desert but no check. We asked them for the check and then the original waitress came back with our check and another set of deserts. At some point I saw another server who seemed like the manager or supervisor telling another worker to straighten the tables outside so the corners were aligned... needless to say the table alignment was not the issue. Overall just seemed like the restaurant was overwhelmed and there wasn't alot of communication between tables and the staff. It seems the staff was trying their best but the management wasn't handling it well. They should have let her keep it, and brought the veggies on the side. By the time her food came (20 min later) we were almost finished. She didn't want it. We had to ask for a manager, (she should have come over anyway) she wasn't told what happened. We filled her in.
