The first time we brought our pups in for nails, they did a great job. However, yesterday this was not the case. When we arrived, there were two women at the front desk, one was pleasant and very nice but the other didn't even acknowledge our presence with a body language that shouted I really don't want to be here today. The less friendly woman took our pups back quickly and within a few minutes returned them to us. I asked how they did and got a, "total is $10" in response. In the car on the way home I noticed the pups nails were still kind of sharp as they had been ground straight down instead of rounded like last time. By the time we got home not one but two of our boy's paws were bleeding. He had two different nails that had been ground to the quick. We were able to treat him quickly and get him cleaned up, but we will not be using their services ever again. I was upset by the lack of service but even more by the poor job and injury to my pup. read more

It's hard to find a good groomer, especially for my big boys. I have 2 German Shepherds and they always leave happy and well groomed. It's refreshing that they dont try to cage my boys before or after grooming (my boys dont do crates). They let them roam free within their baby gated area with the other dogs, which helps ALL dogs with socializing and stimulation!! Highly recommend! Fred (my dog) no longer races fearfully out the door at the groomer. He loves going and always walks out feeling extra confident and handsome. For weeks after being groomed at All4K9, Fred will prance around and find every low hanging mirror to stare at his reflection and gaze at his flawless haircut. On top of Fred's big ego boost, it is absolutely priceless to be able to leave him with a groomer who we can 100% trust. We had no issues making appointments but they do get booked up fast, so I always called a few weeks before to make an appointment. Unfortunately, we moved out of state but if I still lived within a 100 mile radius I would not take my dog anywhere else but All4K9. Thank you for making Fred look and feel great! We are new to the area, I was looking for a nice groomer for my pup. Found All4K9 and I'll stick with them as long as I can! This place was amazing, the receptionist was so nice and my pup took to her just fine. A basic bath comes with all the works! The prices are AMAZING. Also, if you book in advance they give you a discount. They are unbelievably quick. My little girl was in there for 30 mins and then I got the text she was ready. She came back to me with a wagging tail and not grumpy at all. Which is so different for her! Also! The nail trim is unlike anything I've ever seen! Owner can be very inflexible at times, and down right rude. Store is randomly closed for different reasons during peak times. Not everyone is available from 10-5 for grooming appointments during weekdays. Many rely on weekend hours for these types of services. The actual grooming is good, getting a decent appointment time is tough. read more

We used all4k9 for dog walking. Our pups love Angie and her dog walkers. I loved that they always leave a note saying what pups did. :) very dependable, always available even in short notice. Angie did a great job grooming our dog. She offers private sessions too which I appreciate because our dog gets jittery around other dogs. She also does in home pet visits. We needed care for our dog at the last minute on Christmas Day and she was able to fit us in fortunately. I live in Cary and her location is perfect for us. read more

We had Angie out for an initial pet training for our cockapoo, Daisy. A friend who did not use her service, but saw her sign brought the business to our attention. All it took was 1 training and we all learned a ton! We then learned of Angie's other other services, such as grooming and boarding. We tried out the grooming. While Daisy looked beautiful, I was glad to hear it went well for Angie/Daisy, too. The grooming is a cage free environment, which takes a lot of stress off of our dog. I was thrilled to find a place that I could take Daisy every 4-6 weeks and know she would be ok, but also look and smell wonderful. We have also boarded Daisy with Angie. I was worried, but the photos Angie sent showed me all was good.Daisy was returned to us happy and healthy. Angie offers a lot of flexibility with drop off/pickup, which helps, too. I have recommended Angie to many people and will continue to use her services! read more

After 12 years of using PetSmart, I decided to switch groomers. I stopped at ALL4K9 because it was in my hometown. A customer was coming out of the shop and I asked what she thought of ALL4K9. She couldn't say enough about how good they were and how great Angie and Erin were. I made an appointment for my 12-year old Cocker Spaniel and went today. It was only $2.00 higher than PetSmart and the personal attention was amazing! Instead of 3-4 hours, it took just over an hour. My dog looks so good! I will definitely use only ALL4K9 in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know with dogs. So glad I tried them!!! read more

Love love love!!! Angie answered a FB post for someone to one and cut my dogs nails. 2 German Shepards and a shitz tzu with an attitude.. She handled them amazingly and educated me on caring for their nails. We didn't know how our rescued Shepard would do, he is 5 and we don't have a lot of history on him. He had a rough time and she handled him amazingly and took her time to make him comfortable with the process.. All the dogs loved her. When she opens her mobile grooming we are her first customers...
